廣州新東出租汽車公司員工制勞動管理模式應用研究

【摘要】:近年來,各地出租車司機罷運事件頻發(fā),司企關(guān)系日益緊張,出租車行業(yè)勞動管理模式問題凸顯。為進一步解決目前出租車行業(yè)勞動管理模式存在的問題,增強出租車司機對企業(yè)的歸屬感與認同感,,從根本上解決出租車行業(yè)周期性不穩(wěn)定的問題,文章將按照“有利于建立行業(yè)長效管理的機制;有利于穩(wěn)定司機收入并多勞多得;有利于實現(xiàn)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展;有利于服從市場規(guī)律,優(yōu)勝劣汰”4項原則,通過研究轉(zhuǎn)變出租車行業(yè)勞動管理模式,從根本上穩(wěn)控出租車司機隊伍,實現(xiàn)出租車行業(yè)的長效穩(wěn)定。 本文以廣州新東出租車公司勞動管理模式為研究對象,通過深入剖析原有“勞動承包制”下的弊端,發(fā)現(xiàn)公司現(xiàn)有勞動管理模式中存在的問題,最后提出了勞動管理模式的改進方案和改進實施的流程設(shè)計及可能面臨的問題。首先,本文介紹了公司的發(fā)展歷程,現(xiàn)有勞動管理模式的內(nèi)容,分析了現(xiàn)有勞動管理模式下的成本收益,得出現(xiàn)有勞動管理模式中存在的問題。其次,本文通過對比分析“勞動承包制”與“員工制”兩種勞動管理模式,得出新東出租車公司兩種模式下司機收入與企業(yè)利潤情況,以及“員工制”試點實施情況,得出“員工制”可以實現(xiàn)司機與企業(yè)雙贏,“員工制”可以推廣實行。最后,本文設(shè)計了公司實施“員工制”勞動管理模式的改進方案,通過對運營、安全、服務、激勵等管理方面的一系列制度建設(shè),推動企業(yè)逐步從勞動承包制向“員工制”轉(zhuǎn)變。 研究廣州新東出租汽車公司勞動管理模式問題,對消除燃料價格波動及維修成本上漲對司機收入造成的影響,進一步穩(wěn)定司機收入,降低出租車司機營運壓力,保障司機休息權(quán)益,引導司機多勞多得具有重要影響。與此同時,對兼顧平衡企業(yè)經(jīng)營利潤,促進企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展也具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, taxi drivers around the frequent strike incident, the relationship between the increasingly tense, taxi industry labor management model highlighted.In order to further solve the problems existing in the current labor management mode of the taxi industry, enhance the taxi drivers' sense of belonging and identity to the enterprises, and fundamentally solve the problem of the cyclical instability of the taxi industry,The article will be based on the four principles of "conducive to the establishment of a long-term effective management mechanism for the industry; conducive to stabilizing drivers' income and making more money; conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises; and to the regulation of service from the market, the survival of the fittest and the survival of the fittest."By studying and changing the labor management mode of taxi industry, the taxi driver team can be fundamentally controlled and the long effect of taxi industry will be realized.This paper takes the labor management model of Guangzhou Xindong Taxi Company as the research object, through deeply analyzing the malpractice under the original "labor contract system", finds out the problems existing in the existing labor management mode of the company.Finally, the paper puts forward the improvement scheme of labor management mode, the process design of improving implementation and the problems that may be faced.Firstly, this paper introduces the development course of the company, the content of the existing labor management model, analyzes the cost and income under the existing labor management mode, and obtains the existing problems in the existing labor management model.Secondly, through the comparative analysis of the two labor management modes of "labor contract system" and "employee system", the paper obtains the situation of driver's income and enterprise profit under the two modes of Xindong Taxi Company, as well as the implementation of "employee system" pilot project.It is concluded that the employee system can realize the double-win between the driver and the enterprise, and the employee system can be popularized and implemented.Finally, this paper designs a series of system construction on operation, safety, service, incentive and so on to improve the labor management mode of "employee system" in the company.Promote the enterprise gradually from the labor contract system to the "employee system."To study the labor management mode of Guangzhou Xindong Taxi Company, to eliminate the impact of fuel price fluctuation and maintenance cost increase on driver's income, to further stabilize the driver's income, and to reduce the taxi driver's operating pressure.Protecting the rest rights and interests of drivers and guiding drivers to work more have an important impact.At the same time, it is of great significance to balance the profit and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
