【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、居民收入的增加，人們的生活水平不斷提高，人們的生活質(zhì)量是否得到相同程度的提升卻遭到質(zhì)疑。目前，人們面臨著能源短缺的能源危機(jī)，全球日益變暖、極端天氣頻發(fā)等環(huán)境危機(jī)，溫室氣體尤其是二氧化碳排放所引起的各種環(huán)境問題更是日益增多。公路客運(yùn)交通企業(yè)是碳排放的主要來源之一,公路客運(yùn)交通企業(yè)的低碳發(fā)展成為全球關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。公路客運(yùn)交通企業(yè)低碳發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為河北省重點(diǎn)發(fā)展目標(biāo)之一。本文的研究目的是降低河北省公路客運(yùn)交通企業(yè)的碳排放量，實(shí)現(xiàn)公路客運(yùn)交通企業(yè)的低碳發(fā)展。 首先，本文評(píng)述了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者在公路客運(yùn)交通企業(yè)低碳發(fā)展方面的研究成果，，闡述了低碳交通的相關(guān)概念及理論，為下文的研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次，本文概述了河北省公路客運(yùn)交通企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，能耗現(xiàn)狀以及碳排放量現(xiàn)狀等方面，并總結(jié)了低碳發(fā)展中存在的主要問題。 再次，使用SPSS軟件，運(yùn)用因子分析法，從企業(yè)內(nèi)部、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)三個(gè)層面篩選出了河北省公路客運(yùn)交通企業(yè)低碳發(fā)展的主要影響因子，并且詳細(xì)闡釋了主要影響因子的貢獻(xiàn)度，構(gòu)建了低碳發(fā)展評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系，并評(píng)估了河北省公路客運(yùn)交通企業(yè)低碳發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。 最后，從社會(huì)公眾、企業(yè)和政府三個(gè)方面提出了河北省公路客運(yùn)交通企業(yè)低碳發(fā)展的可行性對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the increase of residents' income, people's living standard has been improved constantly, but whether people's quality of life has been improved to the same degree has been questioned.At present, people are facing the energy crisis of energy shortage, global warming, extreme weather and other environmental crises, greenhouse gases, especially carbon dioxide emissions caused by a variety of environmental problems are increasing day by day.Road passenger transport enterprises are one of the main sources of carbon emissions. The low-carbon development of road passenger transport enterprises has become the focus of global attention.The low-carbon development of highway passenger transport enterprises has become one of the key development goals in Hebei Province.The purpose of this paper is to reduce the carbon emissions of highway passenger transport enterprises in Hebei Province, and to realize the low-carbon development of highway passenger transport enterprises.Firstly, this paper reviews the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in low-carbon development of road passenger transport enterprises, expounds the related concepts and theories of low-carbon transport, and lays a theoretical foundation for the following research.Secondly, this paper summarizes the development of highway passenger transport enterprises in Hebei Province, energy consumption and carbon emissions, and summarizes the main problems in low-carbon development.Thirdly, by using SPSS software and factor analysis method, the main influencing factors of low-carbon development of highway passenger transport enterprises in Hebei Province are selected from the internal, economic and social levels, and the contribution of the main influencing factors is explained in detail.A low carbon development evaluation index system is constructed, and the low carbon development of highway passenger transport enterprises in Hebei Province is evaluated.Finally, the feasible countermeasures of low carbon development of highway passenger transport enterprises in Hebei Province are put forward from three aspects: public, enterprise and government.
