基于多目標(biāo)的機(jī)隊(duì)最優(yōu)配置方法研究

【摘要】:機(jī)隊(duì)是航空公司開(kāi)展各種運(yùn)輸活動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ)資源,機(jī)隊(duì)規(guī)劃則是航空公司在航空市場(chǎng)激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中獲取優(yōu)勢(shì)的核心戰(zhàn)略手段。機(jī)隊(duì)規(guī)劃的實(shí)質(zhì)就是在滿足航線旅客需求的基礎(chǔ)上,利用機(jī)隊(duì)和航線資源的合理分配,降低航空公司運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,實(shí)現(xiàn)低成本、高效益的優(yōu)化目標(biāo)。本文在考慮航線旅客需求分布的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了一個(gè)考慮旅客溢出成本和客座率問(wèn)題的多目標(biāo)機(jī)隊(duì)優(yōu)化配置模型。首先,在考慮影響機(jī)隊(duì)規(guī)劃因素后,建立了一個(gè)以降低飛機(jī)飛行成本為目的的一般單目標(biāo)機(jī)隊(duì)優(yōu)化配置模型,利用國(guó)內(nèi)某個(gè)航空公司的實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)該模型進(jìn)行了實(shí)例求解和驗(yàn)證,優(yōu)化結(jié)果表明該模型是可行的;其次,根據(jù)實(shí)際航空市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,分析了旅客溢出情況對(duì)航空公司造成的多方面的負(fù)面影響,構(gòu)建出一個(gè)多目標(biāo)機(jī)隊(duì)優(yōu)化配置模型,該模型的目的是既要降低考慮旅客溢出的機(jī)隊(duì)飛行成本,又要確保機(jī)隊(duì)有較高的客座率;最后,討論了解決此類多目標(biāo)決策問(wèn)題的求解方法,最終確定出一種基于隸屬函數(shù),將多目標(biāo)問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)換成單目標(biāo)問(wèn)題的模糊線性求解方案,并在LINGO軟件中對(duì)其進(jìn)行實(shí)例仿真。通過(guò)對(duì)比仿真結(jié)果和原計(jì)劃數(shù)據(jù),證明了本文建立的多目標(biāo)機(jī)隊(duì)優(yōu)化配置模型具有現(xiàn)實(shí)理論意義。
[Abstract]:Fleet is the basic resource for airlines to carry out various transportation activities, and fleet planning is the core strategic means for airlines to gain advantages in the fierce competition in the aviation market.The essence of fleet planning is to use the rational allocation of air fleet and airline resources on the basis of meeting the demand of airline passengers, to reduce the operating cost of airlines, and to realize the optimization goal of low cost and high benefit.On the basis of considering the demand distribution of airline passengers, a multi-objective fleet optimal allocation model considering passenger spillover cost and passenger seat ratio is established in this paper.First of all, after considering the factors that affect the flight planning, a general single-objective fleet optimal configuration model is established to reduce the flight cost of the aircraft.The model is solved and verified by using the actual data of a domestic airline. The optimization results show that the model is feasible. Secondly, according to the actual aviation market environment,In this paper, the negative effects of passenger spillover on airlines are analyzed, and a multi-objective fleet optimal configuration model is constructed. The purpose of the model is to reduce the flight cost of aircraft with passenger spillover.Finally, the solution method of solving this kind of multi-objective decision problem is discussed, and a fuzzy linear solution scheme of converting multi-objective problem to single-objective problem based on membership function is determined.And in the LINGO software to carry on the example simulation.By comparing the simulation results with the original plan data, it is proved that the multi-objective fleet optimal configuration model established in this paper has practical theoretical significance.
