【摘要】：高速公路是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的必然產(chǎn)物,高速公路的問世縮短了人們之間的時空距離,加快了各個區(qū)域經(jīng)濟和文化的交流,促進了社會的發(fā)展,成為了人類社會文明的標(biāo)志。同時,高速公路全封閉全立交的特點,其建設(shè)和運行不可避免地要對高速公路路域及其周邊地區(qū)的生態(tài)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生影響,如何對高速公路路域生態(tài)環(huán)境的進行保護與恢復(fù)重建已成為眾人矚目的熱點。本文針對高速公路路域生態(tài)規(guī)劃及其環(huán)境影響評價進行了研究,主要做了以下幾個方面的工作: 第一,分析了國內(nèi)外高速公路路域生態(tài)規(guī)劃和生態(tài)環(huán)境影響評價研究的現(xiàn)狀,以及高速公路路域生態(tài)規(guī)劃和生態(tài)環(huán)境影響評價的有關(guān)理論。 第二,研究了高速公路路域生態(tài)規(guī)劃的一般原則和方法,分別從景觀生態(tài)學(xué)、污染生態(tài)學(xué)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論的角度,提出了基于景觀生態(tài)學(xué)、污染生態(tài)學(xué)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論的高速公路路域生態(tài)規(guī)劃,并給出了其生態(tài)規(guī)劃的框圖和步驟。 第三,研究了高速公路路域生態(tài)環(huán)境影響指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建原則和方法,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次分析法對高速公路路域生態(tài)環(huán)境影響因素的分析和指標(biāo)選擇,構(gòu)建了高速公路路域生態(tài)環(huán)境影響指標(biāo)體系。 第四,建立了基于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、模糊綜合方法和模糊神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的高速公路路域生態(tài)環(huán)境影響評價模型,并分別給出了它們構(gòu)建步驟和推導(dǎo)公式。 第五,以濟青高速公路為示范工程,從高速公路路域生態(tài)規(guī)劃,到生態(tài)恢復(fù),特別是植被建植、防眩生物模式和水土保持研究;從高速公路路域植被與大氣污染、噪聲、水土流失和重金屬的吸附方面,給出了濟青高速公路的路域生態(tài)工程的施工方案和效果,并對濟青高速公路路域生態(tài)環(huán)境影響進行了評價。
[Abstract]:The highway is the inevitable product of economic development, the highway has shortened the distance between people, speeding up the regional economic and cultural exchanges, promote the development of the society, has become a symbol of human civilization. At the same time, the highway closed all of its legislative characteristics, construction and operation will inevitably have an impact on the ecological environment of Highway Road area and its surrounding areas, how to protect and restore the ecological environment of the expressway has become the focus of attention. This paper studies the evaluation of state planning and environmental impact of Highway Road area students, mainly do the following work:
First, we analyzed the current situation of highway ecological planning and ecological environmental impact assessment at home and abroad, and the related theories of highway road ecological planning and eco-environmental impact assessment.
Second, research on the general principles and methods of Highway Road area of ecological planning, from landscape ecology, pollution ecology and sustainable development theory, based on landscape ecology, pollution ecology and sustainable development theory on Expressway ecological planning, and gives the block diagram and the steps of ecological planning.
Third, we studied the principles and methods of establishing the index system for the eco-environmental impact of expressway. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), we analyzed the factors affecting the highway's ecological environment and selected indicators, and built the index system of highway's eco-environmental impact.
Fourth, based on neural network, fuzzy comprehensive method and fuzzy neural network, the model of ecological environmental impact assessment for expressway is established, and their construction steps and derivation formulas are given respectively.
Fifth, the Jinan Qingdao expressway as an example, from the freeway to ecological planning, ecological restoration, especially vegetation construction, anti glare and biological model of soil and water conservation; the noise from the highway road area vegetation and air pollution, soil erosion, adsorption and heavy metals, gives the construction scheme and effect of road ecological engineering the Jinan Qingdao highway, and the Jinan Qingdao Highway Road area ecological environment influence evaluation.
