【摘要】：目前,資源和環(huán)境問(wèn)題已經(jīng)引起了人們的高度關(guān)注,隨著港口污染問(wèn)題的日益嚴(yán)重,綠色港口已經(jīng)成為順應(yīng)我國(guó)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)形勢(shì)的新一代港口的主要模式。自首鋼搬遷至曹妃甸,國(guó)家對(duì)曹妃甸港的發(fā)展十分重視,并大力促進(jìn)曹妃甸港區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。港口對(duì)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)具有巨大的帶動(dòng)作用,但是如果在港口的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作過(guò)程中忽視了對(duì)資源節(jié)約和環(huán)境保護(hù),則港口就難以實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。因此,以綠色理念為指導(dǎo),研究曹妃甸綠色港口的建設(shè)問(wèn)題刻不容緩。 第一,本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外綠色生態(tài)港口相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行分析,論述了綠色港口的產(chǎn)生,定義和內(nèi)涵；第二,對(duì)曹妃甸港的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析研究,并提出了曹妃甸綠色港口建設(shè)的必要性及目標(biāo)；第三,從港口運(yùn)營(yíng)、港區(qū)環(huán)境及港口產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈三個(gè)方面對(duì)曹妃甸綠色港口建設(shè)的影響因素進(jìn)行了分析；然后在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合綠色港口的特征,構(gòu)建曹妃甸綠色港口的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)曹妃甸綠色港口的發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析；最后根據(jù)之前所有的研究結(jié)果,對(duì)曹妃甸的綠色港口建設(shè)提出發(fā)展對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:At present, the problem of resources and environment has aroused people's high attention. With the increasingly serious problem of port pollution, the green port has become the main mode of the new generation port conforming to the situation of ecological civilization construction in our country.Since Shougang moved to Caofeidian, the state attached great importance to the development of Caofeidian Port and vigorously promoted the economic development of Caofeidian Port area.The port plays a great role in driving the regional economy, but it is difficult for the port to realize sustainable development if it neglects the conservation of resources and the protection of the environment in the course of the production and operation of the port.Therefore, under the guidance of green concept, it is urgent to study the construction of Caofeidian green port.First, this paper analyzes the green ecological port at home and abroad, discusses the emergence, definition and connotation of the green port; second, the development status and existing problems of Caofeidian port are analyzed and studied.The necessity and goal of the green port construction in Caofeidian are put forward. Thirdly, the influencing factors of the green port construction in Caofeidian are analyzed from the aspects of port operation, port environment and port industry chain.Based on the characteristics of green port, the evaluation index system of Caofeidian green port is constructed, and the development of Caofeidian green port is analyzed empirically.Put forward the development countermeasure to Caofeidian green port construction.
