區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移形態(tài)及其對(duì)港口物流系統(tǒng)的影響研究

【摘要】:隨著珠三角地區(qū)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)快速增長(zhǎng),自本世紀(jì)初,當(dāng)?shù)卮罅恐圃炱髽I(yè)面臨著新的發(fā)展形勢(shì)和挑戰(zhàn)。一方面,制造企業(yè)面臨著原材料、土地、勞動(dòng)力以及其他資源價(jià)格不斷上漲的壓力,存在著向中西部地區(qū)遷址的意向。另一方面,為了促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,中西部地區(qū)不斷改善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施環(huán)境來(lái)吸引東部沿海地區(qū)的制造產(chǎn)業(yè)。此外,中西部地區(qū)勞動(dòng)力開(kāi)始重視工作地的“生活質(zhì)量”,逐漸喪失外出務(wù)工的意愿,導(dǎo)致珠三角地區(qū)制造企業(yè)面臨著嚴(yán)重的勞動(dòng)力短缺問(wèn)題。綜上所述,珠三角地區(qū)的制造企業(yè)客觀上存在著向中西部地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移的趨勢(shì)。 產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移不僅僅帶來(lái)區(qū)域內(nèi)制造企業(yè)的重新分布,并對(duì)區(qū)域港口物流系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的影響。制造產(chǎn)業(yè)大規(guī)模向中西部地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移,直接引起珠三角地區(qū)的出口貨源分散深入至內(nèi)陸地區(qū),原本僅由珠三角地區(qū)港口出口的貨物,理論上則存在著多個(gè)出口港的選擇,要求整個(gè)沿海地區(qū)的港口物流系統(tǒng)提供相應(yīng)的服務(wù)水平。與此同時(shí),中西部地區(qū)和沿海港口為了促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)順利轉(zhuǎn)移及爭(zhēng)取到更多的出口貨源,兩者均不斷的完善港口物流網(wǎng)絡(luò),提高港口物流服務(wù)水平。由此可見(jiàn),區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移與港口物流系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化存在著互動(dòng)關(guān)系。 本文從我國(guó)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的形勢(shì)出發(fā),研究泛珠三角區(qū)域內(nèi)制造企業(yè)分布格局優(yōu)化對(duì)港口物流需求的影響以及產(chǎn)業(yè)分布格局與港口物流系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化的互動(dòng)關(guān)系。首先,本文從經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)角度對(duì)泛珠三角區(qū)域內(nèi)存在轉(zhuǎn)移趨勢(shì)的產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行識(shí)別。其次,本文采用文獻(xiàn)綜述法分析制造企業(yè)選址的影響因素,并從生產(chǎn)成本角度建立了制造企業(yè)選址模型,分析生產(chǎn)成本下泛珠三角區(qū)域內(nèi)制造企業(yè)分布格局優(yōu)化及其對(duì)港口物流需求的影響。接著,本文進(jìn)一步在系統(tǒng)最優(yōu)理論和用戶均衡理論下,分別建立了考慮勞動(dòng)力務(wù)工地“生活質(zhì)量”和企業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本的制造企業(yè)選址模型,并分析了兩種理論下企業(yè)的分布格局對(duì)港口物流需求的影響。最后,結(jié)合我國(guó)高速鐵路客運(yùn)專(zhuān)線與五定貨運(yùn)班列建設(shè)的背景,構(gòu)建產(chǎn)業(yè)分布格局-鐵路客貨線網(wǎng)組合優(yōu)化的模型來(lái)分析產(chǎn)業(yè)分布格局和港口物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化的互動(dòng)關(guān)系達(dá)到平衡時(shí),鐵路客貨線網(wǎng)的建設(shè)方案、產(chǎn)業(yè)的分布格局以及港口物流需求的形態(tài)。
[Abstract]:With the steady and rapid growth of social economy in the Pearl River Delta region, a large number of local manufacturing enterprises have been facing new development situation and challenges since the beginning of this century.On the one hand, manufacturers are under pressure from rising prices for raw materials, land, labor and other resources to relocate to the Midwest.On the other hand, in order to promote the coordinated development of regional economy, the central and western regions continuously improve the infrastructure environment to attract the manufacturing industry in the eastern coastal areas.In addition, the labor force in the central and western regions began to attach importance to the "quality of life" of the working place, and gradually lost the willingness to go out to work. As a result, manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region were facing a serious shortage of labor.To sum up, the manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region objectively have the trend of transferring to the central and western regions.Industrial transfer not only brings about the redistribution of manufacturing enterprises in the region, but also has a corresponding impact on the regional port logistics system.The large-scale transfer of manufacturing industry to the central and western regions has directly led to the spread of export supplies from the Pearl River Delta region to the inland areas. The goods originally exported only by ports in the Pearl River Delta region, in theory, have the choice of many export ports.The port logistics system of the whole coastal area is required to provide the corresponding service level.At the same time, in order to promote the smooth transfer of industry and obtain more export goods, both the central and western regions and coastal ports improve port logistics network and improve the service level of port logistics.Thus, there is an interactive relationship between regional industrial transfer and port logistics system optimization.Starting from the situation of regional industrial transfer in China, this paper studies the influence of distribution pattern optimization of manufacturing enterprises in the Pan-Pearl River Delta region on port logistics demand and the interactive relationship between industrial distribution pattern and port logistics system optimization.Firstly, this paper identifies the industries in the pan-Pearl River Delta region from the angle of economics.Secondly, this paper uses literature review method to analyze the factors affecting the location of manufacturing enterprises, and establishes a model of location selection of manufacturing enterprises from the point of view of production cost.This paper analyzes the distribution pattern optimization of manufacturing enterprises in Pan-Pearl River Delta under production cost and its influence on port logistics demand.Then, under the system optimal theory and the user equilibrium theory, this paper establishes the manufacturing enterprise location model which considers the "quality of life" and the production cost of the labor force, respectively.And analyzed the influence of enterprise distribution pattern on port logistics demand under two theories.Finally, combined with the construction of high-speed railway passenger dedicated line and Wuding freight train,When the interactive relationship between industrial distribution pattern and port logistics network is balanced, the construction scheme of railway passenger and cargo network is constructed, and the model of railway passenger and cargo network combination optimization is constructed to analyze the interactive relationship between industrial distribution pattern and port logistics network optimization.The distribution pattern of industry and the pattern of port logistics demand.
