【摘要】：在新形勢(shì)下鐵路行業(yè)"走出去"迎來(lái)了新的機(jī)遇,但鐵路企業(yè)"走出去"也面臨諸多商業(yè)化的挑戰(zhàn)。本文從鐵路企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略定位、融資模式、稅務(wù)籌劃、法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避等角度出發(fā),提出對(duì)鐵路境外投資項(xiàng)目中交易結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的建議。
[Abstract]:In the new situation, railway industry "going out" ushered in new opportunities, but railway enterprises "going out" also faced many challenges of commercialization.From the angle of strategic orientation, financing mode, tax planning and legal risk aversion of railway enterprises, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the design of transaction structure in railway overseas investment projects.
