【摘要】:SY公司是一家著名的大型國際航運(yùn)企業(yè),集裝箱總箱位量亞洲第一,世界第三,專業(yè)從事集裝箱遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸工作。它成立于1964年,屬于中央企業(yè),即有傳統(tǒng)國有企業(yè)的特點(diǎn)又兼具航海專業(yè)性。隨著航?萍寂c國際經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢的飛速發(fā)展,公司人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理工作的重要性日益凸顯。航海人才是SY公司的核心資源,已經(jīng)成為航運(yùn)企業(yè)最核心的競爭力,航海人才隊伍的建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為公司人力資源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分。擁有一支高素質(zhì)的遠(yuǎn)洋管理隊伍是國際航海業(yè)快速健康發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略要求,而航海人才培訓(xùn)作為優(yōu)化人力資源管理工作的重要環(huán)節(jié)得到了高度的重視。在此背景下本論文對SY公司航海人才培訓(xùn)管理體系:需求分析、培訓(xùn)計劃制定、培訓(xùn)組織管理實(shí)踐以及培訓(xùn)效果評估與培訓(xùn)效果轉(zhuǎn)化等方面也進(jìn)行了深入分析與研究,梳理出該公司在員工培訓(xùn)方面的優(yōu)勢條件與不足。運(yùn)用國內(nèi)外員工培訓(xùn)的相關(guān)理論提出建立航海人才培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化的總體原則與思路、培訓(xùn)流程、培訓(xùn)效果轉(zhuǎn)化的方案等。力求為SY公司構(gòu)建出航海人才培訓(xùn)的新模式,對于培養(yǎng)造就一批思想先進(jìn)、業(yè)務(wù)精湛、技能超群、管理有方,在業(yè)界具有廣泛影響力的航海人才,打造世界一流船舶管理和綜合服務(wù)企業(yè),培育世界一流航海人才隊伍有著非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:SY company is a famous large international shipping enterprises, a total volume of the container box first in Asia and third in the world, specializing in container shipping work. It was founded in 1964, belongs to the central enterprises, the characteristics of the traditional state-owned enterprises but also the navigation professional. With the rapid development of science and technology and air sea international economic situation. The importance of strategic management of human resources, has become increasingly prominent. Marine talents is the core resource of SY company, has become the core competitiveness of shipping enterprises, the construction of marine talents has become an important part of the company's human resources development strategy. With a high-quality management team is required to ocean international maritime industry healthy and rapid development strategy while sailing training, as an important part of the optimization of human resources management has been paid high attention. Under this background, this thesis of SY The company of marine talents training management system: needs analysis, training plan, training organization and management practice and training effect evaluation and training effectiveness has also conducted in-depth analysis and research, combing the advantage of the company in terms of employee training and lack of related theories at home and abroad. The staff training was proposed to establish the overall principles and ideas navigation, personnel training system to optimize the training process, the training effect of transformation scheme. In order to construct a new mode of marine talents training for the SY company, to bring up a group of advanced ideas, business skills, skills superior, good management has extensive influence in the industry of marine talents, build a world-class shipbuilding management and integrated services the ranks of the world first-class enterprises, cultivating marine talents has very important practical significance.
