低碳城市視角下的北京交通結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,全球變暖和氣候變化問題越來越成為人們關(guān)注的焦點。城市交通的碳排放由于機(jī)動車數(shù)量的快速增長,也成為我國碳排放重點領(lǐng)域之一。北京機(jī)動車數(shù)量快速增長,不僅造成交通碳排放快速增長,也導(dǎo)致交通擁堵嚴(yán)重,霧霾天氣連天不散,汽車噪音與尾氣給北京居民健康帶來嚴(yán)重的影響。 無論從綠色城市、低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)角度,還是從能源供給、保障安全角度,或是改善首都城市環(huán)境,城市交通碳排放與耗能的減排都有著重要意義。而不同的交通工具和出行方式的碳排放量有著明顯的差異,調(diào)整居民出行方式,優(yōu)化交通結(jié)構(gòu),是減少交通領(lǐng)域碳排放的重要途徑。 本文分析了不同出行方式碳排放的差異,分析了北京交通結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀,,北京現(xiàn)有交通結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題,并深入分析了造成北京現(xiàn)有交通結(jié)構(gòu)的原因,在公共交通、私人交通等不同交通方式的碳排放比較分析的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒哥本哈根、東京和香港的經(jīng)驗,提出了改善城市交通結(jié)構(gòu)和降低城市交通碳排放的路徑與對策。本文的研究可為我國發(fā)展低碳交通提供一定的借鑒與參考。 由于本人研究水平所限,和相關(guān)統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)難以獲得,沒有能夠?qū)Ρ本┙煌I(lǐng)域碳排放源和交通結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀給出具體的數(shù)據(jù)分析,這是本文的不足之處,也是作者的遺憾,希望在以后的工作中能夠繼續(xù)進(jìn)行這項研究,彌補這一缺憾。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, global warming and climate change have become the focus of attention.Due to the rapid growth of the number of motor vehicles, the carbon emissions of urban transportation have become one of the key areas of carbon emissions in China.The rapid growth of the number of motor vehicles in Beijing not only causes the rapid growth of carbon emissions in traffic, but also leads to serious traffic congestion, haze weather, car noise and exhaust to the health of Beijing residents have a serious impact.Whether from the green city, low-carbon economy, energy supply, security, or improve the environment of the capital city, urban traffic carbon emissions and energy emission reduction are of great significance.The carbon emissions of different modes of transportation and travel have obvious differences. It is an important way to reduce carbon emissions in the field of transportation to adjust the travel mode of residents and optimize the traffic structure.This paper analyzes the differences of carbon emissions in different travel modes, analyzes the present situation of traffic structure in Beijing, the problems existing in the existing traffic structure in Beijing, and deeply analyzes the causes of the existing traffic structure in Beijing.Based on the comparative analysis of carbon emissions of different traffic modes such as private traffic, and drawing lessons from the experiences of Copenhagen, Tokyo and Hong Kong, this paper puts forward the ways and countermeasures to improve the urban traffic structure and reduce the carbon emissions from urban traffic.The research in this paper can provide some reference for the development of low-carbon transportation in China.Because my research level is limited, and the relevant statistical data are difficult to obtain, there is no specific data analysis on the current situation of carbon emission sources and traffic structure in Beijing transportation field. This is the deficiency of this paper, and is also the regret of the author.Hope to continue this research in the future work, to make up for this shortcoming.
