【摘要】：正2016年5月30日,具有里程碑意義的全國科技創(chuàng)新大會在北京隆重召開。習(xí)近平總書記著眼新時期、新形勢、新任務(wù),深刻論述了建設(shè)世界科技強國的戰(zhàn)略意義,對深入推進創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略作出系統(tǒng)部署,明確了推動科技創(chuàng)新的"三個面向"和"五大任務(wù)",為我國系統(tǒng)推進科技創(chuàng)新規(guī)劃了戰(zhàn)略布局,指明了奮斗方向,吹響了邁向創(chuàng)新型國家、建設(shè)世界科技強國的時代號角,我國迎來第二個科學(xué)的春天。"十二五"以來,中國鐵路科技創(chuàng)新取得了顯著成績:在高速鐵路領(lǐng)域,掌握了在艱險復(fù)雜地質(zhì)和多種氣候
[Abstract]:On May 30 th, 2016, the landmark National Conference on Science and Technology Innovation was held in Beijing.Looking at the new period, new situation and new tasks, General Secretary Xi Jinping profoundly expounded the strategic significance of building a world scientific and technological power, and made a systematic plan for further promoting the strategy of innovation-driven development.It clarifies the "three orientations" and "five major tasks" for promoting scientific and technological innovation, plans the strategic layout for the systematic promotion of scientific and technological innovation in our country, points out the direction of struggle, and blazes the horn of the times for moving towards an innovative country and building a powerful country in science and technology in the world.Our country ushered in a second scientific spring. "Since the 12th Five-Year Plan, remarkable achievements have been made in the scientific and technological innovation of Chinese railways: in the field of high-speed railway, we have mastered the complex geology and various kinds of climate in the field of high speed railway.
