【摘要】：隨著國內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟形勢的變化,特別是現(xiàn)代物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展和港口之間的激烈競爭,大連港進入了一個歷史性轉(zhuǎn)折時期。大連港集團應(yīng)站在港口發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略高度,抓住發(fā)展綜合運輸體系的機遇,主動順應(yīng)世界港口發(fā)展的趨勢,發(fā)展現(xiàn)代綜合物流產(chǎn)業(yè),這是大連港集團發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要選擇�！皹�(gòu)建綜合港口物流服務(wù)體系,實施物流整合工程”是大連港集團新時期“十大”戰(zhàn)略工程之首,大連港集團建設(shè)綜合物流體系,有利于發(fā)揮大連港集團的比較優(yōu)勢,符合大連港集團的企業(yè)性質(zhì)和產(chǎn)業(yè)成長邏輯。論文基于上述背景從大連港集團向綜合物流運營商轉(zhuǎn)型的高度,對大連港的外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部條件進行客觀描述,對港口物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀運用模糊層次分析法進行分析,指出大連港目前存在綜合能力不足的問題,提出大連港應(yīng)向綜合物流運營商發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略,然后設(shè)定綜合物流運營商的發(fā)展定位和發(fā)展目標,進行戰(zhàn)略分析,提出轉(zhuǎn)型的戰(zhàn)略舉措,最后輔以戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型保障措施,這對大連港集團轉(zhuǎn)型升級具有積極的指導意義。
[Abstract]:With the changes of economic situation at home and abroad, especially the development of modern logistics industry and the fierce competition between ports, Dalian Port has entered a historic turning point.Dalian Port Group should stand at the strategic height of port development, seize the opportunity of developing integrated transportation system, actively conform to the trend of port development in the world, and develop modern integrated logistics industry, which is an important choice for Dalian Port Group's development strategy."constructing integrated port logistics service system and implementing logistics integration project" is the first of the "10" strategic projects of Dalian Port Group in the new period. The construction of integrated logistics system by Dalian Port Group is conducive to giving full play to the comparative advantages of Dalian Port Group.In line with Dalian Port Group's enterprise nature and industrial growth logic.Based on the above background from Dalian Port Group to integrated logistics operators, the paper describes the external environment and internal conditions of Dalian Port objectively, and analyzes the current situation of port logistics development by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.This paper points out that the Dalian Port has the problem of insufficient comprehensive capacity at present, and puts forward the strategy that Dalian Port should develop to the integrated logistics operator, and then sets the development orientation and development target of the integrated logistics operator, and carries on the strategic analysis.This paper puts forward the strategic measures of transformation, and finally adjusts the safeguard measures of strategic transformation, which has a positive guiding significance for Dalian Port Group's transformation and upgrading.
