滾裝甩掛運輸模式下的集裝箱陸海聯(lián)運路徑優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:與傳統(tǒng)運輸方式比較,甩掛運輸實現(xiàn)了運輸過程與裝卸過程的分離,極大限度提高了牽引車有效作業(yè)時間,降低了牽引車等待時間。同時,甩掛運輸減少了燃油消耗,節(jié)能減排成效顯著。滾裝甩掛運輸模式是滾裝運輸與甩掛運輸相結合的一種多式聯(lián)運運輸方式。作為一種高效快捷的新興綜合運輸方式,滾裝甩掛運輸是我國現(xiàn)階段建設綜合交通體系的重要突破口,可緩解交通運輸效率低、交通擁堵等問題。我國滾裝甩掛運輸模式的應用處于起步階段。目前,我國開始應用此運輸模式的滾裝航線有中韓航線、煙大航線、長江沿線,濰坊—營口滾裝甩掛運輸航線已進入研討階段。為促進我國滾裝甩掛運輸方式的健康快速發(fā)展,對滾裝甩掛運輸模式下的集裝箱運輸路徑進行優(yōu)化,是目前甩掛運輸領域需要解決的重要課題。本文對滾裝甩掛運輸模式下的集裝箱陸海聯(lián)運路徑進行了優(yōu)化研究,創(chuàng)新之處為將甩掛運輸與滾裝運輸相結合,目前國內(nèi)還未出現(xiàn)相關研究成果。具體研究思路為:首先,對集裝箱陸海聯(lián)運路徑優(yōu)化的相關概念進行介紹,重點闡述了路徑優(yōu)化問題的求解算法。其次,分析滾裝甩掛運輸問題的特點,指出滾裝甩掛運輸模式的運作環(huán)節(jié)和實施條件。然后,以滾裝甩掛運輸實際運作情況為基礎,建立了多目標函數(shù),設計模擬退火算法進行求解。最后,在算例分析中,以環(huán)渤海地區(qū)的滾裝運輸數(shù)據(jù)為基礎,求解出最優(yōu)的集裝箱運輸路徑。并且,加入了處于研討階段的濰坊—營口新航線的數(shù)據(jù)假設,比較分析新航線的開設對成本的影響。
[Abstract]:Compared with the traditional transportation mode, the trailing transportation realizes the separation of the transportation process and the loading and unloading process, greatly improves the effective working time of the tractor, and reduces the waiting time of the tractor.At the same time, hanging transport to reduce fuel consumption, energy conservation and emission reduction remarkable results.The mode of Ro-Ro transport is a kind of multimodal transport combined with Ro-Ro transport.As an efficient and fast new comprehensive transportation mode, Ro-Ro swing transportation is an important breakthrough in the construction of comprehensive transportation system in China at present, which can alleviate the problems of low efficiency and traffic congestion.In our country, the application of ro-ro-load and hanging transport mode is still in its infancy.At present, China began to use this mode of ro / ro routes, such as China and South Korea, Yanda route, along the Yangtze River, Weifang-Yingkou ro-ro-hang transport route has entered the stage of discussion.In order to promote the healthy and rapid development of the transportation mode of ro-ro swing and hang in our country, the optimization of the container transportation route under the mode of ro-ro drop and hang transportation is an important subject that needs to be solved in the field of rolling and hanging transportation at present.In this paper, the route optimization of container land and sea transport mode is studied. The innovation lies in the combination of Ro / R transport and Ro / R transport. At present, there are no related research results in China.The specific research ideas are as follows: firstly, the related concepts of container land sea transport route optimization are introduced, and the algorithm for solving the route optimization problem is emphasized.Secondly, this paper analyzes the characteristics of Ro-ro-ro-drop transportation, and points out the operation link and implementation conditions of Ro-P-Hanger transport mode.Then, on the basis of the actual operation of Ro-Ro swing and hang transportation, a multi-objective function is established and simulated annealing algorithm is designed to solve the problem.Finally, based on the data of ro / ro transport around Bohai Sea, the optimal container transportation path is solved.In addition, the data hypothesis of Weifang-Yingkou new route is added to analyze the effect of the new route on the cost.
