國航內(nèi)蒙古分公司支線運(yùn)輸發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:支線航空作為現(xiàn)代民用航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)的重要組成部分,近幾年來引起業(yè)內(nèi)外人士的廣泛關(guān)注。如何促進(jìn)支線航空的發(fā)展,更好的服務(wù)于經(jīng)濟(jì)他和服務(wù)于社會(huì),成為一個(gè)重要的課題。基于獨(dú)特的區(qū)位地理環(huán)境及蓬勃的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)支線航空運(yùn)輸市場需求潛力巨大,發(fā)展支線航空運(yùn)輸具有得天獨(dú)厚的條件和優(yōu)勢。中國國際航空股份有限公司內(nèi)蒙古分公司(以下簡稱“國航內(nèi)蒙古分公司”)正處于戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,需著眼未來發(fā)展,把握市場機(jī)遇,謀劃支線航空發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,自動(dòng)自發(fā)地推動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施,不斷強(qiáng)化競爭優(yōu)勢,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 “支線航空運(yùn)輸”是包含支線機(jī)場、支線航線和支線飛機(jī)三個(gè)基本要素的有機(jī)體系。本文從辨析支線航空運(yùn)輸?shù)暮x入手,進(jìn)而對國際、國內(nèi)支線航空發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,明確存在的問題,得出可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略是在分析企業(yè)外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件的基礎(chǔ)上,為在市場競爭中求得生存和發(fā)展而做出的總體的、長遠(yuǎn)的謀劃與對策。論文從區(qū)域整體經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢、市場發(fā)展速度、旅客群體特點(diǎn)和市場競爭情況等方面對國航內(nèi)蒙古分公司發(fā)展支線航空的環(huán)境和條件進(jìn)行了詳盡的分析。立足運(yùn)營現(xiàn)狀和內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)支線航空市場發(fā)展前景,國航內(nèi)蒙古分公司發(fā)展支線航空極具可行性。通過合資組建專業(yè)的支線航空公司,確立成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略,以低價(jià)、高頻率的航班連接內(nèi)蒙古經(jīng)濟(jì)和旅游熱點(diǎn)地區(qū),以建立形成干支結(jié)合的軸心輻射網(wǎng)絡(luò)為方向,形成由效率優(yōu)勢、成本優(yōu)勢和品牌優(yōu)勢構(gòu)筑成的核心競爭能力,提供專業(yè)高效的支線運(yùn)輸服務(wù)。論文對內(nèi)蒙古航空的運(yùn)營模式進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)策劃。 為解決戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行中存在的問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)對戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的全面保障,在論文最后,從實(shí)施安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、有效的成本管理、運(yùn)用信息技術(shù)提高效率、加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量和支線品牌建設(shè)、強(qiáng)化組織和人力資源支持五個(gè)方面提出了建議。論文的研究結(jié)論有利于筆者所在公司的自身發(fā)展,同時(shí)對于在內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)發(fā)展支線航空運(yùn)輸?shù)钠渌娇展疽簿哂幸欢ǖ闹笇?dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:As an important part of modern civil aviation transportation, regional aviation has attracted wide attention in recent years.How to promote the development of regional airlines, to better serve the economy and society, has become an important issue.Based on the unique geographical environment and booming economic development situation, the market demand of regional air transportation in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region has great potential, and the development of regional air transport has unique conditions and advantages.The Inner Mongolia Branch of China International Aviation Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Air China Inner Mongolia Branch") is in the critical period of strategic transformation. It is necessary to focus on the future development, grasp the market opportunities, and plan the development strategy of the regional aviation.Automatically promote the implementation of strategy, constantly strengthen competitive advantages, and achieve sustainable development.Regional air transportation is an organic system which includes three basic elements of regional airport, branch route and branch plane.This paper begins with the analysis of the meaning of branch air transportation, and then analyzes the present situation of international and domestic regional aviation development, makes clear the existing problems, and draws the experiences that can be used for reference.Based on the analysis of the external environment and internal conditions of the enterprise, the enterprise strategy is an overall, long-term plan and countermeasures for survival and development in the market competition.In this paper, the environment and conditions for the development of branch airlines in Inner Mongolia Branch of Air China are analyzed in detail from the aspects of the overall economic situation of the region, the speed of market development, the characteristics of passenger groups and the situation of market competition.Based on the present operation situation and the development prospect of regional aviation market in Inner Mongolia, the development of branch aviation in Inner Mongolia Branch of Air China is very feasible.Through a joint venture to set up a professional regional airline company, to establish a cost-leading strategy, to link the economic and tourist hot spots of Inner Mongolia with low-cost, high-frequency flights, and to establish an axial radiation network with a combination of dry branches and branches as the direction.Form the core competitive ability which is constructed by efficiency advantage, cost advantage and brand advantage, and provide professional and efficient branch transportation service.The thesis has carried on the detailed plan to the Inner Mongolia aviation's operation pattern.In order to solve the problems existing in the implementation of the strategy and to realize the overall guarantee of the implementation of the strategy, in the end of the paper, from the implementation of security risk management, effective cost management, the use of information technology to improve efficiency, strengthen the quality and branch brand building,Suggestions on strengthening organization and human resource support are put forward.The conclusion of this paper is beneficial to the development of my company, and it is also helpful to the development of other airlines in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region.
