【摘要】：目前，我國已進入高鐵時代，各地高速鐵路建設(shè)如火如荼展開，時速350公里的京津城際、京廣、鄭西等高速鐵路相繼開通運營，同時還有一大批高速鐵路正處于建設(shè)之中。我國高速鐵路的快速發(fā)展，反映了經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和社會進步對新型運輸方式的巨大市場需求，也體現(xiàn)出交通運輸面向這一市場需求所做出的優(yōu)化選擇。高速鐵路集當代交通高新技術(shù)發(fā)展之大成，展現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)代鐵路的新面貌，成為國家技術(shù)進步與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要標志。高速鐵路對沿線地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展產(chǎn)生巨大推動和促進作用，對沿線城市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響更為直接。樂山市是四川乃至全國著名的旅游城市，處于西南地區(qū)的首條高速鐵路——成綿樂高速鐵路上，成綿樂高鐵的開通必然會對樂山市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來重大影響。 分析高速鐵路開通對于沿線城市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響，既是對高速鐵路研究分析視角的拓展，也是交通運輸方式對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展影響研究的深化。本文綜合運用區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟學、城市經(jīng)濟學、旅游經(jīng)濟學以及經(jīng)濟地理學等學科的相關(guān)理論，擬對這一問題展開深入研究。 本文首先從高速鐵路和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念出發(fā)，具體分析了高速鐵路特有的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟優(yōu)勢和當前旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的新趨勢，對旅游目的地與客源地的經(jīng)濟距離以及旅游目的地區(qū)位理論等進行了回顧，對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于高速鐵路對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)影響的文獻進行了梳理；其次，，分別從生產(chǎn)要素流動、對旅游消費的拉動、旅游資源優(yōu)化配置、沿線區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)分工、區(qū)域可達性和區(qū)域勞動力遷移6個角度分析了高速鐵路對沿線旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的作用機理；再次，以成綿樂高速鐵路為例，結(jié)合樂山市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，綜合應(yīng)用管理學分析工具ASEB柵格分析法對成綿樂高鐵開通背景下的影響進行了分析；最后，提出了成綿樂高鐵開通背景下樂山市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策建議，以期為當?shù)卣奥糜谓?jīng)營管理者提供一些啟示。
[Abstract]:At present, our country has entered the era of high-speed rail, high-speed railway construction is in full swing, 350 kilometers per hour between Beijing and Tianjin, Beijing-Guangzhou, Zheng Xi and other high-speed railways have been opened, while a large number of high-speed railways are under construction.The rapid development of high-speed railway in China reflects the huge market demand for the new mode of transportation due to the economic development and social progress, as well as the optimized choice made by transportation in the face of this market demand.High speed railway, which is an important symbol of national technological progress and economic development, integrates the development of modern high and new technology and presents the new appearance of modern railway.High-speed railway plays a great role in promoting the economic and social development of the areas along the route, and has a more direct impact on the development of tourism industry in cities along the route.Leshan is a famous tourist city in Sichuan and even the whole country. It is the first high-speed railway in southwest China-Chengmianle high-speed railway. The opening of Chengmian Lego Railway will inevitably bring great influence to the development of Leshan tourism industry.The analysis of the impact of the opening of high-speed railway on the tourism industry of cities along the route is not only an expansion of the perspective of research and analysis of high-speed railway, but also a deepening of research on the impact of transportation mode on the development of regional economy and society.Based on the relevant theories of regional economics, industrial economics, urban economics, tourism economics and economic geography, this paper intends to carry out an in-depth study on this issue.Based on the concept of high-speed railway and tourism industry, this paper analyzes the technical and economic advantages of high-speed railway and the new development trend of tourism industry.This paper reviews the economic distance between tourist destination and tourist destination and the location theory of tourist destination, combs the literature on the impact of high-speed railway on tourism industry at home and abroad.To the tourism consumption pull, the tourism resources optimized disposition, along the line regional industry division of labor, the regional reachability and the regional labor force migration six angles have analyzed the high-speed railway to the traveling industry along the route the action mechanism; again,Taking Chengmianle High Speed Railway as an example, combined with the present situation of tourism industry in Leshan City, the influence of ASEB grid analysis tool on Chengmianle Railway is analyzed.This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of tourism industry in Leshan under the background of the opening of Chengmian Lego Railway in order to provide some enlightenment for the local government and tourism management managers.
