【摘要】：在國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和地區(qū),城市觀光巴士歷史悠久,是城市亮麗的風(fēng)景線,受到很多觀光游客的青睞。部分觀光巴士企業(yè)也隨著城市旅游和觀光巴士的發(fā)展而不斷壯大。我國(guó)的觀光巴士出現(xiàn)于上世紀(jì)末,近些年發(fā)展勢(shì)頭良好,但依然存在管理方式單一、宣傳不到位、線路規(guī)劃不合理、服務(wù)質(zhì)量有待提高等問題。許多城市的觀光巴士因?yàn)橐陨蠁栴}導(dǎo)致乘坐率低,長(zhǎng)期賠本經(jīng)營(yíng),最終退出市場(chǎng)。由此可見,我國(guó)觀光巴士在設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)劃及經(jīng)營(yíng)管理方面還存在很大的改善空間。本文通過介紹所選取的國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)典城市觀光巴士的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外觀光巴士從路線、票制、配套服務(wù)、管理方式、營(yíng)銷手段五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行總結(jié)對(duì)比;通過調(diào)查、訪談,了解青島觀光巴士現(xiàn)狀總結(jié)青島觀光巴士存在問題;并從乘客個(gè)人屬性特征、出游行為特征及乘車滿意度及服務(wù)需求方面進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查、數(shù)據(jù)分析。從路線、票制、銷售、宣傳及服務(wù)四個(gè)方面為青島觀光巴士提供優(yōu)化建議。
[Abstract]:In developed countries and regions, city sightseeing buses have a long history and are popular with many tourists.Some sightseeing bus enterprises are growing with the development of city tour and sightseeing bus.The sightseeing bus in our country appeared at the end of last century. In recent years, the development momentum is good, but there are still some problems such as single management mode, improper publicity, unreasonable route planning, and service quality to be improved.Tourist buses in many cities suffer from low ridership, long-term loss and exit from the market because of these problems.Therefore, there is much room for improvement in design, planning and management of sightseeing buses in China.Through introducing the current situation of the domestic and foreign classic city sightseeing bus, this paper summarizes and compares the domestic and foreign tourist bus from five aspects: route, ticket system, supporting service, management method and marketing method; through investigation and interview,To understand the present situation of Qingdao sightseeing bus and summarize the existing problems of Qingdao sightseeing bus, and carry on the questionnaire survey and data analysis from the passenger's personal attribute characteristic, the traveling behavior characteristic, the ride satisfaction degree and the service demand aspect.From route, ticket system, sales, publicity and service four aspects for Qingdao sightseeing bus optimization advice.
