【摘要】：本文以太原鐵路客運(yùn)站為背景,針對行業(yè)發(fā)展需求,人們出行必備要求以及行業(yè)和企業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題,依據(jù)服務(wù)戰(zhàn)略理論,分析太原鐵路客運(yùn)站在外部環(huán)境中的機(jī)會(huì)、威脅和在企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境中的優(yōu)勢、劣勢,運(yùn)用PEST分析、波特五力模型、能力分析和SWOT分析方法,確定太原鐵路客運(yùn)站現(xiàn)在處于扭轉(zhuǎn)型階段,并結(jié)合公司的宗旨、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),制定差異化服務(wù)戰(zhàn)略。本文共計(jì)八章,根據(jù)本文的框架可總分三部分,第一部分是本文問題的提出和理論研究依據(jù),即前言和研究綜述。主要介紹選題的背景,研究的目的和意義以及論文框架和研究方法和戰(zhàn)略管理的階段和戰(zhàn)略分析工具。第二部分是本文問題的分析,是本文的重點(diǎn),即太原鐵路客運(yùn)站自身情況,內(nèi)外部分析。結(jié)合行業(yè)發(fā)展和企業(yè)情況,重點(diǎn)通過PEST、波特五力、能力分析和SWOT分析工具,對企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析并得出分析結(jié)論。第三部分是本文問題的如何解決,即通過分析制定服務(wù)戰(zhàn)略,實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略和戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障。
[Abstract]:This paper takes Taiyuan railway passenger station as the background, according to the development demand of the industry, people's travel requirement and the problems existing in the development of the industry and enterprise, according to the theory of service strategy, analyzes the opportunities of Taiyuan railway passenger station in the external environment.Threats and strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment of the enterprise, using PEST analysis, Porter's five-force model, capability analysis and SWOT analysis methods to determine that Taiyuan railway passenger station is now in a torsional stage, and combined with the company's purpose, strategic objectives,Develop differentiated service strategy.There are eight chapters in this paper. According to the framework of this paper, there are three parts. The first part is the proposition and theoretical basis of this paper, that is, preface and research summary.This paper mainly introduces the background of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, the framework of the thesis, the research methods and the strategic management stages and strategic analysis tools.The second part is the analysis of this problem, which is the focus of this paper, namely Taiyuan railway passenger station itself, internal and external analysis.Combined with industry development and enterprise situation, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of enterprises and draws the conclusion by using pest, Porter's five forces, capability analysis and SWOT analysis tools.The third part is how to solve the problem, that is, through the analysis of service strategy, implementation strategy and the guarantee of strategy implementation.
