【摘要】：近年來(lái)，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今社會(huì)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，港口的建設(shè)以及成為港口城市發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)。 隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化，港口城市已經(jīng)成為各港口城市發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)。隨著遼寧省“十一五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想的提出，遼寧省沿海港口的發(fā)展也逐步得到重視。 “十一五”期間，大連港投巨資于港口建設(shè)與發(fā)展方面，其重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目的投資在“十一五”規(guī)劃的第一年就高達(dá)40億元左右，大窯灣二期和二期續(xù)建工作、其他多個(gè)項(xiàng)目也在2006年著手建設(shè)。營(yíng)口港也受到政府的重視，欲建設(shè)和完善功能多樣化的現(xiàn)代化港口。其他各港口也加快建設(shè)和發(fā)展港口的步伐，與國(guó)家掛鉤，發(fā)揮各港口的優(yōu)勢(shì)和作用。 但是隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要以及資源的短缺，港口之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈演愈烈，我國(guó)港口之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)是一種不科學(xué)，不合理的，低效的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。遼寧省沿海港口也將面臨這樣的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)，在此背景條件下，本文分為六個(gè)部分對(duì)遼寧省沿海港口的合作競(jìng)爭(zhēng)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究： 第一章緒論:論述了本論文研究的問(wèn)題提出的背景以及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的綜述與現(xiàn)狀，本論文的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義，論文研究的方法、內(nèi)容與技術(shù)路線，是全文的綱領(lǐng)。 第二章:港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作理論基礎(chǔ)研究，，從港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的角度闡述了港口及其港口的發(fā)展演變過(guò)程和相關(guān)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作理論。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作模式的研究，對(duì)成功和失敗的港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)合作模式的借鑒，運(yùn)用各模式的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與啟示探討合作競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中適合于遼寧省沿海港口的實(shí)現(xiàn)模式。 第三章:遼寧省沿海港口現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展，本文從東北沿海各港口現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展，通過(guò)指標(biāo)模型綜合評(píng)價(jià)各港口的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力及其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力分析，以此為依據(jù)對(duì)各港口進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略定位分析，以提高遼寧省沿海港口的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 第四章:遼寧省沿海港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)，以遼寧省沿海港口為例，在上述研究的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合遼寧省沿海港口的自身特點(diǎn)，探討合作競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中適合于遼寧省沿海港口的實(shí)現(xiàn)模式。 第五章:遼寧省沿海港口的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作，主要通過(guò)上述的結(jié)論，結(jié)合遼寧省沿海港口的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)遼寧省沿海港口的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作的發(fā)展和實(shí)施提供相關(guān)建議。 第六章全文總結(jié)，主要是對(duì)二、三、四、五章進(jìn)行總結(jié)
[Abstract]:In recent years, world economic globalization and regional economic integration have become the trend of social development, port construction and the focus of port city development.With the globalization of world economy and regional economic integration, port cities have become the focus of the development of port cities.With the strategic conception of the development plan of the 11th Five-Year Plan in Liaoning Province, the development of the coastal ports in Liaoning Province has been paid more and more attention.During the 11th Five-Year Plan period, Dalian Port invested a great deal of money in port construction and development. The investment of its key projects reached about 4 billion yuan in the first year of the 11th Five-Year Plan. The second and second phases of the construction of Dayaowan were continued.A number of other projects were also under construction in 2006.Yingkou Port is also valued by the government to build and perfect a modern port with diversified functions.Other ports also speed up the construction and development of ports, linked with the state, and give play to the advantages and functions of each port.However, with the need of economic development and the shortage of resources, the competition between ports is becoming more and more fierce. The competition between ports in our country is an unscientific, unreasonable and inefficient competition.The coastal ports of Liaoning Province will also face such opportunities and challenges. Under this background, this paper studies the cooperation and competition of coastal ports in Liaoning Province in six parts:The first chapter is introduction: it discusses the background of the research in this paper, the summary and present situation of the domestic and foreign research, the theoretical value and practical significance of this paper, the research method, the content and the technical route, which is the program of the thesis.The second chapter is the basic research on the theory of port competition and cooperation. From the point of view of port competition, the development and evolution of the port and its port and the related theories of competition and cooperation are expounded.Through the study of the port competition and cooperation mode at home and abroad, the successful and failed port competition cooperation model is used for reference, and the realization model suitable for the coastal port of Liaoning Province is discussed by using the experience and inspiration of each model.The third chapter: the present situation and development of the coastal ports in Liaoning Province. This paper evaluates the competitiveness and competitiveness of each port comprehensively through the index model from the point of view of the present situation and development of the ports along the northeast coast, taking this as the basis to carry on the strategic orientation analysis to each port.In order to improve the competitiveness of coastal ports in Liaoning Province.Chapter four: evaluation of the coastal port competitiveness of Liaoning Province, taking the coastal port of Liaoning Province as an example, on the basis of the above research, combined with the characteristics of the coastal port of Liaoning Province, the realization mode suitable for the coastal port of Liaoning Province in cooperative competition is discussed.Chapter five: the competition and cooperation of the coastal ports of Liaoning Province, mainly through the above conclusions, combined with the development of coastal ports in Liaoning Province, the development and implementation of the coastal ports of Liaoning Province to provide relevant suggestions.Chapter six is a summary of the full text, which is mainly a summary of two, three, four and five chapters.
