【摘要】：近年來(lái),郵輪旅游的興起已成為我國(guó)旅游業(yè)的新亮點(diǎn)。郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)以其自身強(qiáng)勁的消費(fèi)拉動(dòng)和對(duì)區(qū)域旅游相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的巨大帶動(dòng),從而形成一種前景誘人、多產(chǎn)業(yè)齊頭并進(jìn)的新型旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域。作為中國(guó)北方重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)中心和港口城市,大連和天津發(fā)展郵輪旅游都有著得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢(shì),隨著2010年6月26日天津國(guó)際郵輪母港的正式開(kāi)港和大連郵輪母港的建設(shè),郵輪經(jīng)濟(jì)必定會(huì)為當(dāng)?shù)丶爸苓叧鞘心酥琳麄�(gè)股價(jià)都產(chǎn)生極其深遠(yuǎn)的影響,但同時(shí)兩個(gè)城市郵輪經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展也受到某些因素的制約。因此,開(kāi)展兩個(gè)城市郵輪經(jīng)濟(jì)前景和對(duì)策的研究具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和研究?jī)r(jià)值。 本文首先通過(guò)介紹郵輪、郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)及郵輪經(jīng)濟(jì)的相關(guān)情況,分析了大連和天津郵輪經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)在所處的發(fā)展階段和在世界郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的地位；接著利用三次指數(shù)平滑法進(jìn)行相關(guān)預(yù)測(cè),并對(duì)大連港和天津港郵輪經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行分析；然后運(yùn)用層次分析法對(duì)影響兩個(gè)港口郵輪經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要指標(biāo)進(jìn)行量化分析；最后借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合兩個(gè)港口自身的發(fā)展條件,提出發(fā)展郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)及其實(shí)施方案,嘗試探索一套適合兩個(gè)港口發(fā)展郵輪經(jīng)濟(jì)的戰(zhàn)略途徑,以期能給政府、港口、投資方和相關(guān)單位給予參考,同時(shí)也對(duì)本人的工作有所促進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rise of cruise tourism has become a new bright spot in China's tourism industry.The cruise industry with its own strong consumption pull and the huge impetus to regional tourism related industries, thus forming a new type of tourism economic field with attractive prospect and multi-industry.As an important economic center and port city in northern China, Dalian and Tianjin have unique advantages in developing cruise tourism. With the official opening of Tianjin International Cruise Port on June 26, 2010 and the construction of Dalian Cruise Home Port,The cruise economy is bound to have a profound impact on the local and surrounding cities and even the whole stock price, but at the same time, the development of the cruise economy in the two cities is also restricted by some factors.Therefore, it is of practical significance and research value to carry out the research on the prospects and countermeasures of the two cities' cruise economy.In this paper, first of all, through the introduction of cruise, cruise industry and cruise economy, the paper analyzes the development stage of Dalian and Tianjin cruise economy and its status in the world cruise industry chain.Then it uses the cubic exponential smoothing method to forecast and analyzes the prospects of the cruise economy of Dalian Port and Tianjin Port, and then uses the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to analyze the main indexes which affect the development of the cruise ship economy in the two ports.In order to give the government, ports, investors and related units to give reference, but also to promote my work.
