錦州港人力資源培訓(xùn)體系改進研究

【摘要】:錦州港股份有限公司是一個集生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營、港口建設(shè)和拓展開發(fā)為一體的大型港口企業(yè)。隨著港口規(guī)模的不斷擴大,吞吐量的持續(xù)增長,加之與大型企業(yè)的合資、合作,錦州港已進入新的發(fā)展階段,需要新的管理方法、理念、管理模式與之匹配,這就進而要求公司不同層面的員工要具有相應(yīng)的知識結(jié)構(gòu)、管理水平和工作能力。因此,加大培訓(xùn)力度,優(yōu)化培訓(xùn)方式,提升員工隊伍素質(zhì),顯得尤為重要。 近年來,公司逐步形成了“因需施教、適當超前、注重實效”的培訓(xùn)原則,努力實踐“打造學習型企業(yè)、培養(yǎng)知識型員工”的目標,積極開展全方位、多層次、廣角度的培訓(xùn)活動,為各級各類人員打造提升素質(zhì)、完善自身的平臺。通過培訓(xùn),員工隊伍總體素質(zhì)提高,逐漸與企業(yè)現(xiàn)時需要和發(fā)展目標相適應(yīng)。 本論文旨在通過總結(jié)分析錦州港近年來的人力資源培訓(xùn)工作,系統(tǒng)梳理港口一系列培訓(xùn)工作,在分析錦州港目前培訓(xùn)工作各個環(huán)節(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)港口人力資源培訓(xùn)工作的經(jīng)驗,根據(jù)目前人力資源培訓(xùn)工作的現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合有關(guān)人力資源培訓(xùn)理論,找出存在的問題,提出建設(shè)性的應(yīng)對策略,從員工培訓(xùn)需求分析出發(fā),確立培訓(xùn)體系改進設(shè)計的原則和理念、人力資源培訓(xùn)體系改進設(shè)計的內(nèi)容以及相應(yīng)的評估工作和與之相對應(yīng)的保障措施,構(gòu)建更為完整、科學、規(guī)范、高效、務(wù)實的錦州港人力資源培訓(xùn)體系,以期為港口員工培訓(xùn)工作起到實際借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Jinzhou Port Co., Ltd. is a production and management, port construction and development as one of the large port enterprises.With the continuous expansion of port scale, the continuous growth of throughput, and the joint venture and cooperation with large enterprises, Jinzhou Port has entered a new stage of development, and needs new management methods, ideas, management mode to match it.This requires employees of different levels of the company to have the corresponding knowledge structure, management level and working ability.Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen training, optimize training methods and improve the quality of the staff.In recent years, the company has gradually formed the training principle of "due to need of education, appropriate lead, pay attention to practical results", strive to practice the goal of "building learning enterprises, training knowledge workers", actively carry out all-round, multi-level,Wide-angle training activities, for all levels of personnel to improve their quality, improve their own platform.Through training, the overall quality of the workforce to improve, gradually in line with the current needs of enterprises and development goals.The purpose of this paper is to summarize and analyze the human resource training work of Jinzhou Port in recent years, and systematically sort out a series of training work of the port, and on the basis of analyzing all aspects of the current training work of Jinzhou Port.Summing up the experience of port human resource training, according to the current situation of human resource training, combining the theory of human resource training, finding out the existing problems, putting forward constructive countermeasures, starting from the staff training needs analysis,Establishing the principles and concepts of improving the design of training system, the content of improving the design of human resources training system, the corresponding evaluation work and the corresponding safeguard measures, so as to build a more complete, scientific, standardized and efficient training system.The practical human resource training system of Jinzhou Port is expected to serve as a practical reference for port staff training.
