大型綜合交通樞紐區(qū)域開發(fā)及其主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇研究

【摘要】:近年來,為滿足城市規(guī)模不斷擴大對交通運輸?shù)男枨螅覈煌ɑA(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)得到顯著提速,國內(nèi)各大城市出現(xiàn)規(guī)劃和興建綜合交通樞紐的熱潮。目前,國內(nèi)樞紐建設(shè)處于探索和起步期,樞紐所在區(qū)域的開發(fā)更是一個全新的課題,,但在具體實施上面臨很多挑戰(zhàn)。特別是在依托綜合交通樞紐進行區(qū)域開發(fā)時確定主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)上,鮮有成功案例。本文的主要目的是從交通樞紐建設(shè)促進區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的角度入手,探討大型綜合交通樞紐區(qū)域開發(fā)中的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇問題。 本文首先對交通樞紐的分類進行了梳理,提出了新的等級標準,接著研究了交通樞紐與城市發(fā)展的互動關(guān)系,總結(jié)了大型綜合交通樞紐的三種發(fā)展模式:(1)交通換乘型;(2)產(chǎn)業(yè)載體型;(3)發(fā)展平臺型。然后,針對綜合交通樞紐所在區(qū)域的開發(fā),提出了區(qū)域主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇的五步驟法,從產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿彤a(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)位優(yōu)勢三個維度構(gòu)造了產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇指標體系,建立了主成分分析和融合性分析的產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇模型。最后,以虹橋商務(wù)區(qū)為案例,對區(qū)域內(nèi)的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)進行了篩選分析,得到了適合其發(fā)展的五大主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)及其配套產(chǎn)業(yè),與實際情況吻合。 論文對樞紐地區(qū)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)問題進行了深入分析,研究成果對大型綜合交通樞紐實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in order to meet the increasing demand for traffic and transportation in the city scale, the construction of transportation infrastructure in China has been speeded up significantly, and there has been an upsurge in the planning and construction of comprehensive transportation hubs in major cities in China. The construction of domestic hub is in the period of exploration and starting, and the development of the region in which the hub is located is a new subject, but it faces many challenges in the concrete implementation, especially in determining the leading industry when relying on the comprehensive transportation hub for regional development. There are few successful cases. The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the choice of leading industries in the regional development of large integrated transportation hubs from the point of view of the construction of transportation hubs to promote the development of regional industries. In this paper, the classification of transportation hubs is first sorted out, and a new grade standard is proposed, and then the interactive relationship between transportation hubs and urban development is studied. This paper summarizes three kinds of development modes of large integrated transportation hub: 1) traffic transfer type and 2) industrial carrier type and 3) development platform type. Then, in view of the development of the area where the integrated transportation hub is located, the paper puts forward the five steps method of choosing the leading industry in the region. From the three dimensions of industrial development foundation, industry development potential and industrial location advantage, the index system of industrial selection is constructed, and the industrial selection model of principal component analysis and fusion analysis is established. Finally, the Hongqiao Business District is taken as an example. Through screening and analyzing the leading industries in the region, five leading industries suitable for their development and their supporting industries are obtained, which are in accordance with the actual situation. The paper makes a deep analysis of the leading industry in the hub area, and the research results have certain guiding significance for realizing the sustainable development of the large-scale integrated transportation hub.
