【摘要】:當(dāng)今世界正處于后金融危機(jī)時(shí)期,國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)處在緩慢復(fù)蘇之中,但復(fù)蘇的進(jìn)程非常脆弱且不平衡。在目前國(guó)際貿(mào)易有效需求不足的形勢(shì)下,部分港口企業(yè)為招攬運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù),通過(guò)降低收費(fèi)爭(zhēng)取業(yè)務(wù),這樣勢(shì)必會(huì)加大貨源經(jīng)濟(jì)腹地的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)陷入低層次競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀態(tài)。 本文基于同一港口的不同港口企業(yè)這一層次,進(jìn)行集裝箱碼頭競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究。針對(duì)當(dāng)前特定的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)條件,以CCT主要競(jìng)爭(zhēng)港口(深圳港四大集裝箱碼頭)為研究對(duì)象。首先,在遵循一定的指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建原則的條件下,建立了一個(gè)包括地理位置及自然條件、集裝箱碼頭硬件設(shè)施、集裝箱碼頭經(jīng)營(yíng)服務(wù)能力、集疏運(yùn)能力、發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)5個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)(12個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo),25個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo))在內(nèi)的集裝箱碼頭競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系。其次,運(yùn)用因子分析法對(duì)深圳港各集裝箱碼頭競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)定。最后,針對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果和赤灣港集裝箱碼頭的自身特點(diǎn)、優(yōu)勢(shì)與制約條件,提出大力提高經(jīng)營(yíng)效率、積極發(fā)展物流服務(wù)業(yè),增強(qiáng)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)、班輪航線(xiàn)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略、注重自身品牌形象,加強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、維持國(guó)際中轉(zhuǎn)業(yè)務(wù)量的穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)等發(fā)展規(guī)劃建議,為港口的經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展提供決策參考,使CCT在新的形勢(shì)下盡快確立競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:The world is now in a post-financial crisis period, and the international economy is slowly recovering, but the process of recovery is very fragile and unbalanced. Under the current situation of insufficient effective demand for international trade, some port enterprises are trying to attract transport business. By reducing the charge for business, this will inevitably increase the competition in the hinterland of supply economy, and the competition of enterprises will fall into the state of low level competition. Based on the different port enterprises of the same port, this paper studies the competitiveness of container terminals. According to the specific economic conditions, this paper takes the main competitive ports of CCT (four container terminals in Shenzhen Port) as the research object. Under the condition of following the principle of constructing a certain index system, we have established a container terminal including geographical location and natural conditions, container terminal hardware facilities, container terminal management and service capacity, collecting and distributing capacity. The competitiveness evaluation system of container terminals including 5 first-class indicators (12 second-class indicators and 25 third-grade indicators). Secondly, the competitiveness of container terminals in Shenzhen Port is evaluated comprehensively by using factor analysis method. Finally, the competitiveness of container terminals in Shenzhen Port is evaluated comprehensively. In view of the evaluation results and the characteristics, advantages and constraints of the container terminal in Chiwan Port, the paper puts forward the competitive strategy of improving the management efficiency, actively developing the logistics service industry, strengthening the construction of information network, and the liner routes. Pay attention to its own brand image, strengthen marketing, maintain the steady growth of international transit business and other development planning suggestions, provide a decision reference for the port management and development, so that CCT can establish its competitive advantage in the new situation as soon as possible.
