【摘要】：2008年，美國次貸危機引發(fā)國際金融危機，，使全球經(jīng)濟發(fā)展面臨嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)，海運行業(yè)低迷，我國港口發(fā)展面臨著錯綜復(fù)雜的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境。世界經(jīng)濟的低迷、全球航運業(yè)的萎靡、港口行業(yè)競爭的加劇、國家宏觀政策的變化及客戶對煤炭物流的更高要求等眾多因素為煤碼頭的發(fā)展帶來了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)和機遇。 隨著運輸市場總體需求的急劇下降，國內(nèi)港口的總體能力將相對過剩，港口間搶腹地、爭貨源的競爭將進一步加劇。日照港與鄰近的青島港和連云港構(gòu)成直接的競爭關(guān)系。 本文以日照港煤碼頭為研究對象，結(jié)合煤碼頭的行業(yè)特性，分析影響煤碼頭競爭力的構(gòu)成要素。本文指標(biāo)的選取以調(diào)研為基礎(chǔ)，引入了政策條件等指標(biāo)因素，更加貼近煤碼頭競爭的實際情況。以競爭力理論為基礎(chǔ)，建立了煤碼頭競爭力評價體系。應(yīng)用層次分析評價法對日照港、青島港、連云港煤碼頭競爭力進行綜合評價。以競爭力理論為基礎(chǔ)，系統(tǒng)研究了日照港煤碼頭競爭力的提升途徑。以日照港煤碼頭為例，從戰(zhàn)略管理、文化建設(shè)、生產(chǎn)管理、資源整合、硬件建設(shè)、政策扶持等六個方面，分析提高競爭力的途徑，對于處于同一競爭層面的其他港口具有一定的指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In 2008, the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States triggered the international financial crisis, which made the global economic development face severe challenges. The shipping industry is in a downturn, and our port development is facing a complex internal and external environment. The development of coal wharf has brought unprecedented challenges and opportunities due to the intensification of competition in port industry, the change of national macro policy and the higher requirement of coal logistics by customers. With the rapid decline of the total demand of transportation market, the overall capacity of domestic ports will be relatively surplus, and the competition between ports will be further intensified. Rizhao Port will form a direct competitive relationship with neighboring Qingdao and Lianyungang ports. This paper takes the Rizhao port coal wharf as the research object, combining with the industry characteristics of the coal wharf, analyzes the constituent factors that affect the competitiveness of the coal wharf. The selection of this index is based on the investigation and the introduction of policy conditions and other index factors. Based on the theory of competitiveness, the evaluation system of the competitiveness of coal wharf is established. The evaluation method of AHP is applied to Rizhao Port and Qingdao Port. Based on the theory of competitiveness, this paper systematically studies the ways to enhance the competitiveness of Rizhao port coal wharf. Taking Rizhao port coal wharf as an example, it takes strategic management, cultural construction, production management and resource integration as an example. Hardware construction, policy support and other six aspects, the analysis of the ways to improve competitiveness, for other ports in the same level of competition has certain guidance and reference significance.
