安徽沿江高速公路公司績效管理研究

【摘要】:績效管理是人力資源管理的關(guān)鍵職能,伴隨著國家宏觀調(diào)控政策對交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的傾斜,這幾年我省高速公路建設(shè)規(guī)模日益擴(kuò)大,發(fā)展節(jié)奏日益加快,業(yè)務(wù)拓展日益多元化,營運形勢日益復(fù)雜,在給安徽沿江高速公路公司帶來機(jī)遇的同時,也面臨著巨大挑戰(zhàn),現(xiàn)有的績效管理水平已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)現(xiàn)在企業(yè)發(fā)展的需要。如何持續(xù)提高高速公路的發(fā)展水平,提升管理效率,提高員工的績效已經(jīng)直接影響公司的效益和長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,是安徽高速公路管理的急需解決的問題,因此就安徽沿江高速公路公司的實際情況,對現(xiàn)行的高速公路績效管理進(jìn)行調(diào)研,通過問題分析,提出解決問題的對策,是安徽沿江高速公路公司一個全新的重大課題,對于安徽沿江高速公路公司的持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。 本文在介紹績效管理相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,對安徽沿江高速公路公司績效管理現(xiàn)實情況進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,探討安徽沿江高速公路公司績效管理主要對策,解決實際問題,全文共分為五部分:第一部分為緒論,介紹了本文的研究背景、研究目的及意義、研究思路、研究方法和可能的創(chuàng)新點。第二部分為理論概述,回顧了績效管理相關(guān)理論及研究成果。第三部分為案例分析,通過安徽沿江高速公路公司績效管理現(xiàn)狀分析,理論聯(lián)系實際,探討安徽沿江高速公路公司績效管理的思路。第四部分通過的安徽沿江高速公路公司績效管理分析結(jié)果,提出主要對策,解決實際問題。第五部分為研究結(jié)論及展望,對本文的研究成果進(jìn)行總結(jié),并有針對性提出了高速公路公司績效管理對策,最后對本研究的局限性進(jìn)行了說明,以及對該領(lǐng)域未來的研究方向進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Performance management is the key function of human resource management. Along with the national macro-control policy tilting to the transportation infrastructure, the scale of highway construction in our province is expanding day by day, the pace of development is speeding up day by day, and the business expansion is becoming more and more diversified. The operational situation is becoming more and more complicated, and while bringing opportunities to Anhui Expressway Company along the Yangtze River, it is also facing enormous challenges. The current level of performance management can not meet the needs of the current enterprise development. How to continuously improve the level of highway development, improve management efficiency, improve staff performance has directly affected the company's efficiency and long-term development. It is an urgent problem to solve in Anhui expressway management. Therefore, according to the actual situation of Anhui Expressway Company along the Yangtze River, the current expressway performance management is investigated, and the countermeasures to solve the problem are put forward through the analysis of the problems. It is a new and important subject for Anhui Yanjiang Expressway Company, which is of great significance to the sustainable development of Anhui Yanjiang Expressway Company. On the basis of introducing the theory of performance management, this paper investigates and analyzes the actual situation of performance management of Anhui Yanjiang Expressway Company, and discusses the main countermeasures of performance management of Anhui Yanjiang Expressway Company according to the analysis results. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, which introduces the research background, research purpose and significance, research ideas, research methods and possible innovations. The third part is the case study, through the analysis of the current situation of performance management of Anhui Yanjiang Expressway Company, combining theory with practice, The fourth part analyzes the results of the performance management of Anhui Yanjiang Expressway Company, and puts forward the main countermeasures to solve the practical problems. The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect of the research. This paper summarizes the research results and puts forward the countermeasures of performance management of expressway company. Finally, the limitations of this study are explained, and the future research direction in this field is prospected.
