【摘要】:本論文《機場企業(yè)核心能力評價及提升策略研究》,是將企業(yè)核心能力理論與管理評價方法應(yīng)用于機場企業(yè)這一特殊交通服務(wù)機構(gòu)的科學(xué)性研究;是針對目前機場企業(yè)研究的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),以豐富的調(diào)研資料和科學(xué)的評價方法進(jìn)行補充和拓展的創(chuàng)新性研究;是將論文中構(gòu)建的多維度核心能力綜合評價體系應(yīng)用于機場企業(yè),并提出一定提升策略的實踐性研究。全文主要分為6大部分: (1)重點闡述了機場企業(yè)發(fā)展、演進(jìn)的歷程,并根據(jù)機場企業(yè)性質(zhì)、在行業(yè)中面臨的市場競爭以及影響其發(fā)展的諸多因素引導(dǎo)出對機場企業(yè)發(fā)展的本質(zhì)源泉——“機場企業(yè)核心能力”這一本論文的核心理論依據(jù)。 (2)重點闡述了“企業(yè)核心能力理論”的形成及發(fā)展過程,及各流派根據(jù)自身研究領(lǐng)域而對這一理論的理解。同時,對機場系統(tǒng)的定義、構(gòu)成、分類、特點等方面進(jìn)行深入地分析,通過綜合分析機場企業(yè)的核心能力的內(nèi)涵、特性來定義出機場企業(yè)核心能力的概念和識別方法。 (3)重點闡述基于無形資源的機場企業(yè)核心能力評價體系的構(gòu)建原理、原則、評價方法及步驟。為基于10類無形資源的機場企業(yè)的二維、三維核心能力綜合評價提供理論及方法基礎(chǔ)。 (4)重點闡述了基于10類無形資源的機場企業(yè)二維以及三維核心能力綜合評價體系和模型算法的構(gòu)建,并根據(jù)不同的評價目的和由不同核心能力的特殊性綜合而成的評價維度,選擇適合的科學(xué)管理評價方法進(jìn)行評價。 (5)重點闡述了基于’10類無形資源的機場企業(yè)二維以及三維核心能力的綜合評價體系和模型算法在實證分析(我國沿海地區(qū)3大民航機場的企業(yè)核心能力評價)中的運用,以檢驗上述評價體系及模型方法在實際運用中的可操作性,并通過分析評價結(jié)果,指出被評價機場核心能力的發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)、優(yōu)勢與差距。 (6)重點闡述了提升機場企業(yè)核心能力的策略及建議,提出以對機場企業(yè)“無形資源”的經(jīng)營運作和培育,來實現(xiàn)提高機場企業(yè)營利能力、服務(wù)質(zhì)量和公益性能力的目的,也為機場管理者制定戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃和管理決策提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:This thesis, "Research on the Evaluation and Promotion Strategy of Airport Enterprise Core competence", is a scientific research on the application of enterprise core competence theory and management evaluation method to airport enterprise as a special transportation service organization. Aiming at the weakness of airport enterprise research at present, it is an innovative research that supplements and expands with abundant investigation data and scientific evaluation method, and applies the multi-dimensional core competence comprehensive evaluation system constructed in the paper to airport enterprise. The paper is divided into six parts:. 1) focusing on the development and evolution of the airport enterprise, and according to the nature of the airport enterprise, The market competition and many factors affecting the development of airport enterprises lead to the core theoretical basis of the paper "Core competence of Airport Enterprises", which is the essential source of the development of airport enterprises. (2) the formation and development process of "Enterprise Core competence Theory" and the understanding of this theory by various schools according to their own research fields are expounded. At the same time, the definition, constitution and classification of airport system are discussed. Through the comprehensive analysis of the connotation of the core competence and the characteristics of the airport enterprise, the concept and identification method of the core competence of the airport enterprise are defined. The construction principle, principle, evaluation method and procedure of the core competence evaluation system of airport enterprises based on intangible resources are expounded. Comprehensive evaluation of three-dimensional core competence provides a theoretical and methodological basis. (4) the paper focuses on the construction of 2D and 3D core competence evaluation system and model algorithm based on 10 kinds of intangible resources, and the evaluation dimensions based on different evaluation objectives and special characteristics of different core competencies. Select suitable scientific management evaluation methods for evaluation. (5) the application of comprehensive evaluation system and model algorithm of two-dimensional and three-dimensional core competence of airport enterprises based on 10 kinds of intangible resources in empirical analysis (enterprise core competence evaluation of three major civil aviation airports in coastal areas of China) is expounded. In order to test the maneuverability of the above evaluation system and model in practical application, and by analyzing the evaluation results, the paper points out the development state, advantages and differences of the core competence of the evaluated airport. This paper focuses on the strategies and suggestions to enhance the core competence of the airport enterprises, and puts forward the aim of improving the profitability, service quality and public welfare ability of the airport enterprises by the operation and cultivation of the "intangible resources" of the airport enterprises. It also provides reference for airport managers to make strategic planning and management decisions.
