【摘要】：本文界定了中國(guó)高鐵外交的內(nèi)涵,探討了雅萬高鐵面臨的困境,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)雅萬高鐵困境的路徑選擇進(jìn)行了討論。認(rèn)為雅萬高鐵面臨的困境主要包括:中國(guó)高鐵外交人才缺乏、日本高鐵的比較優(yōu)勢(shì)、印尼的高鐵平衡外交、中印尼兩國(guó)政治互信和南海海域爭(zhēng)議問題。破解雅萬高鐵面臨的困境,不僅需中國(guó)高鐵外交淡化地緣政治色彩,而且還需加強(qiáng)中國(guó)高鐵核心技術(shù)的研發(fā)與創(chuàng)新,同時(shí)提升中印尼兩國(guó)關(guān)系合作水平,這樣才能使中國(guó)高鐵外交更好地服務(wù)于國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略和維護(hù)國(guó)家利益。
[Abstract]:This paper defines the connotation of China's high-speed rail diplomacy and discusses the plight of Yawan high-speed railway. On the basis of this, the paper discusses the path choice of Yawan high-speed railway predicament. It is believed that the difficulties faced by Yawan high-speed railway mainly include: lack of diplomatic personnel for high-speed rail in China, comparative advantage of high-speed rail in Japan, and balanced high-speed rail diplomacy in Indonesia. The political mutual trust between China and Indonesia and the dispute over the South China Sea. To solve the plight of Yavan high-speed rail, it is not only necessary for China's high-speed rail diplomacy to downplay the geopolitical color, but also for strengthening the research and development and innovation of the core technology of China's high-speed rail. At the same time, the level of cooperation between China and Indonesia will be improved so that China's high-speed rail diplomacy can better serve the national strategy and national interests.
