【摘要】:目前,國(guó)內(nèi)諸多大城市都面臨著城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的問題。在這個(gè)過程中,改善城市交通結(jié)構(gòu)是十分重要的環(huán)節(jié),也是引導(dǎo)城市向"多中心、組團(tuán)式"發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。市域軌道快線是一種連接城市中心區(qū)與市郊新城及市郊新城與新城之間的大容量快速公共交通,具有高速、便捷、環(huán)保等優(yōu)勢(shì),是促進(jìn)城市形態(tài)向網(wǎng)絡(luò)化演變、增加區(qū)域相對(duì)可達(dá)性、引導(dǎo)人口、工業(yè)、商業(yè)向外圍新城聚集、優(yōu)化交通產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的重要手段。國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)市域快線尚未有明確統(tǒng)一的定義,近年來(lái),我國(guó)大力發(fā)展軌道交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)化建設(shè),上海、北京、天津、成都等大城市都相繼規(guī)劃建設(shè)市域快線,因此要對(duì)已有的實(shí)現(xiàn)"市域"功能的軌道交通線路進(jìn)行深入的系統(tǒng)分析。另一方面,市域快線的票價(jià)是發(fā)揮社會(huì)效益、引導(dǎo)交通需求的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)杠桿,由于在車站布設(shè)、線路規(guī)劃、開行方案、客流需求及功能特點(diǎn)等方面都有別于其他城市軌道交通制式和國(guó)鐵制式,因此研究制定合理的票價(jià)水平,是提高市域快線在公共交通領(lǐng)域的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,發(fā)揮經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益的關(guān)鍵。本文首先從國(guó)內(nèi)外市域快線的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及票價(jià)研究現(xiàn)狀入手,對(duì)相關(guān)票制票價(jià)研究做出歸納總結(jié),并簡(jiǎn)要闡述了軌道交通票價(jià)制定的相關(guān)理論。接下來(lái),對(duì)市域快線進(jìn)行深入的系統(tǒng)分析,包括重新定義和分類,劃分了服務(wù)范圍,根據(jù)其采用的不同制式進(jìn)行適應(yīng)性分析,并明確了市域快線的功能定位,是多層級(jí)軌道交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)的骨干和城市對(duì)外銜接的重要節(jié)點(diǎn),為城市中心區(qū)與市郊新城、市郊新城與新城之間提供大運(yùn)量、高速的運(yùn)輸服務(wù)。在分析票價(jià)影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)市域快線與城市軌道交通和城際鐵路的不同點(diǎn),提出固定費(fèi)率下按里程計(jì)價(jià)票制和遞遠(yuǎn)遞減費(fèi)率下按里程計(jì)價(jià)票制,以社會(huì)效益最大化為目標(biāo)函數(shù),綜合考慮運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)和乘客的利益,建立符合市域快線功能定位的票價(jià)模型,并設(shè)計(jì)遺傳算法進(jìn)行求解。最后以廣州市域快線14號(hào)線為算例驗(yàn)證模型及算法的可靠性,并分析了票價(jià)需求彈性和客流權(quán)重參數(shù)的變化對(duì)票價(jià)、客流量和社會(huì)效益的影響,為今后市域快線票價(jià)研究提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:At present, many large cities in China are facing the problem of adjusting the urban spatial structure. In this process, improving the urban traffic structure is a very important link and guiding the city to "multi-center". The key to the development of group mode is the rapid mass transit between the city center and the suburbs of the city, and between the new city and the new city. It has the advantages of high speed, convenience, environmental protection and so on. It is an important means to promote the evolution of urban form to network, to increase the relative accessibility of regions, to guide population, industry and commerce to gather in the periphery of new cities, and to optimize the industrial structure of traffic. There is no clear and unified definition of the urban fast line at home and abroad. In recent years, China has made great efforts to develop the construction of rail transit networks. Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Chengdu and other major cities have all planned and built municipal fast lines one after another. On the other hand, the ticket price of the local express line is an important economic lever to play the social benefit and guide the traffic demand. Line planning, operation plan, passenger flow demand and functional characteristics are all different from other urban rail transit systems and national railway systems. Therefore, it is necessary to study and establish reasonable fare levels to improve the competitiveness of municipal express lines in the field of public transport. The key to bring economic and social benefits into full play. Firstly, this paper starts with the current situation of the development of the domestic and foreign municipal express line and the present situation of the ticket price research, and summarizes the related ticket price research. And briefly elaborated the rail transit fare formulation related theory. Next, the city area express line carries on the thorough system analysis, including redefines and classifies, divides the service scope, carries on the adaptability analysis according to its different system, The function orientation of the urban fast line is defined, which is the backbone of the multi-level rail transit network and the important node of connecting the city to the outside, which provides a large volume of transportation between the city center and the suburb new city, the suburb new city and the new city. On the basis of analyzing the influence factors of ticket price, according to the differences between urban rail transit and urban rail transit and inter-city railway, the paper puts forward the fixed rate pricing ticket system based on mileage and the mileage pricing system under the decreasing rate of delivery distance. Taking the maximization of social benefits as the objective function and considering the interests of the operation enterprises and passengers, the paper establishes a ticket price model which accords with the function orientation of the urban fast line. Finally, the reliability of the model and algorithm is verified by taking Guangzhou area Express Line 14 as an example, and the influence of the change of price elasticity and passenger flow weight parameters on ticket price, passenger flow and social benefit is analyzed. It provides a theoretical reference for the future study of the urban express fare.
