長(zhǎng)沙市主城區(qū)公共交通服務(wù)滿意度及線網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:長(zhǎng)沙市公共交通系統(tǒng)是長(zhǎng)沙市道路交通的重要組成部分。隨著城市化水平加快,城市客流總量增加,現(xiàn)有公共交通有效供給不足、私車保有量迅速上升,加劇交通擁堵,使得居民通勤成本上升、環(huán)境污染與能源消耗增加。以此為背景,本文從理論上論證了進(jìn)行公共交通滿意度評(píng)價(jià)的必要性,并對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙市公共交通現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行初步分析。采用隨機(jī)抽樣方式進(jìn)行公共交通服務(wù)滿意度調(diào)查,得到出行者基本信息、出行信息及滿意度信息。結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),制定城市公共交通服務(wù)滿意度評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,,以調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,采用層次分析法進(jìn)行權(quán)重計(jì)算,加權(quán)匯總后得出長(zhǎng)沙市公交車及出租車服務(wù)滿意度得分,并按照常住城區(qū)、年齡層次、職業(yè)等不同屬性對(duì)公交車和出租車服務(wù)滿意度進(jìn)行分別測(cè)度,以反映屬性差異對(duì)滿意度的影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步論證公交線網(wǎng)設(shè)置對(duì)滿意度評(píng)價(jià)的影響,構(gòu)建了長(zhǎng)沙市公交線網(wǎng)發(fā)展水平評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,采用變異系數(shù)法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,并用GIS技術(shù)進(jìn)行指標(biāo)實(shí)際值計(jì)算,加權(quán)匯總后得到評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。結(jié)合研究結(jié)果提出提高長(zhǎng)沙市公交車線網(wǎng)發(fā)展水平及公共交通滿意度的政策建議。 研究顯示:(1)長(zhǎng)沙市公共交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施水平處于我國(guó)同等城市中等偏下水平;(2)在公交車服務(wù)滿意度評(píng)價(jià)中,17個(gè)指標(biāo)層指標(biāo)除乘車信息指標(biāo)為“比較滿意”、車內(nèi)擁擠度指標(biāo)為“不太滿意”外,其余15個(gè)指標(biāo)均為“一般”水平;四個(gè)準(zhǔn)則層指標(biāo)均為“一般”水平,安全性指標(biāo)得分最高而舒適性指標(biāo)得分最低;長(zhǎng)沙市公交車滿意度總體處于“一般”水平;各城區(qū)公交車滿意度得分由高到低依次為為望城區(qū)、雨花區(qū)、天心區(qū)、芙蓉區(qū)、開福區(qū)、岳麓區(qū);21-30歲年齡層次人群對(duì)公交車的評(píng)價(jià)最低;通勤需求高的職業(yè)人群對(duì)公交車滿意度低于其他職業(yè)人群。(3)在出租車服務(wù)滿意度評(píng)價(jià)中,八個(gè)指標(biāo)層指標(biāo)、四個(gè)準(zhǔn)則層指標(biāo)、出租車服務(wù)滿意度均為“一般”水平;各城區(qū)出租車滿意度得分由高到低依次為開福區(qū)、岳麓區(qū)、天心區(qū)、雨花區(qū)、芙蓉區(qū)、望城區(qū);出租車滿意度隨年齡層增加而呈下降趨勢(shì);通勤需求高的職業(yè)人群對(duì)出租車滿意度低于其他職業(yè)人群;(4)長(zhǎng)沙市公交線網(wǎng)總體發(fā)展水平處于“較差”等級(jí),除平均站距指標(biāo)達(dá)到“一般”等級(jí)外,其余指標(biāo)均未達(dá)到國(guó)內(nèi)同等城市平均水平。
[Abstract]:The public transport system in Changsha is an important part of the road traffic in Changsha. With the acceleration of urbanization, the total amount of urban passenger flow is increasing, the effective supply of existing public transport is insufficient, the number of private vehicles is increasing rapidly, and the traffic congestion is aggravated. The cost of commuting increases, environmental pollution and energy consumption increase. In this context, this paper theoretically demonstrates the necessity of public transport satisfaction evaluation. In addition, the present situation of public transportation in Changsha is analyzed. The satisfaction survey of public transport service is carried out by random sampling, and the basic information of travelers, travel information and satisfaction information are obtained. The evaluation index system of the satisfaction degree of urban public transportation service is established, and the weight calculation is carried out by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the satisfaction score of bus and taxi service in Changsha City is obtained after weighted summary, and the score of satisfaction degree of the bus and taxi service in Changsha City is obtained according to the resident city. In order to reflect the influence of different attribute on the satisfaction degree of bus and taxi service, this paper further demonstrates the influence of bus network setting on satisfaction evaluation, and measures the satisfaction degree of bus and taxi service by different attributes, such as age level, occupation and so on, in order to reflect the influence of attribute difference on satisfaction degree. The evaluation index system of the development level of Changsha public transit network is constructed. The coefficient of variation method is used to determine the index weight, and the GIS technology is used to calculate the actual value of the index. According to the results of the study, the author puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the development level of bus network and the satisfaction of public transportation in Changsha. The study shows that the level of public transport infrastructure in Changsha is below the middle level in the same cities in China. In the evaluation of bus service satisfaction, 17 indicators are "satisfactory" and "relatively satisfied" in the evaluation of bus service satisfaction. The extrusion index is "not very satisfactory", The other 15 indexes are "general" level, the four criteria are "average" level, the safety index is the highest and the comfort index is the lowest, the satisfaction degree of Changsha bus is generally "average" level. The highest and lowest bus satisfaction scores were in the following order: Wangcheng District, Yuelu District, Tianxin District, Furong District, Kaifu District, Yuelu District and Yuelu District. In the evaluation of taxi service satisfaction, there are eight indexes, four criterion indexes, and the taxi service satisfaction is "average" level. The taxi satisfaction scores of each urban area from high to low are Kaifu district, Yuelu district, Tianxin district, Yuhua district, Furong district, Wangcheng district, and the taxi satisfaction degree decreases with the increase of age. The overall development level of public transportation network in Changsha is "poor", except that the average station distance index reaches "average" grade. The other indicators did not reach the domestic average level of the same city.
