【摘要】:當今世界,經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易迅猛發(fā)展,在激烈的市場環(huán)境下,企業(yè)面臨的首要問題就是怎樣有效地提升核心競爭力?冃Ч芾砜梢园压镜膽(zhàn)略、資源、業(yè)務和行動進行有機整合,在企業(yè)發(fā)展中的作用日趨重要,有效的績效管理體系可以幫助員工改善工作績效,在職務和薪酬調(diào)整、培訓設計、職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃和獎懲等方面建立檔案和進行管理,為企業(yè)人力資源管理決策提供參考依據(jù),使企業(yè)員工在公正公平、競爭有序的良好環(huán)境中工作,從而提高工作效率。因此,為保證企業(yè)核心競爭力的提升,必須建立一套有效的績效管理體系。 自2000年以來,TJGW公司不斷發(fā)展,公司原有的績效管理存在著很多問題,譬如指標設計并不科學和缺少有效的溝通等,已經(jīng)影響了公司的后續(xù)發(fā)展。本文希望對TJGW公司績效管理的目前的情況展開調(diào)查分析,并且通過使用關鍵績效指標、平衡記分卡等方法對TJGW公司的績效管理體系進行設計,借以提高員工的工作績效,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的進一步發(fā)展。 本文對績效管理理論進行了簡要的介紹,指出了TJGW公司績效管理中存在的問題和不足并加以分析,就TJGW公司績效管理體系設計的方案和實施步驟提出了具體意見。全文共分為六個部分,其中第一章簡要介紹了研究的背景、目的和意義,說明了本文的研究內(nèi)容和方法。第二章主要介紹績效管理的相關理論和方法。為TJGW公司績效管理體系的研究和設計打下理論基礎。第三章重點分析了TJGW公司績效管理中存在的問題。第四章介紹了TJGW公司績效管理體系構建的原則、關鍵績效指標和績效管理流程的具體構建方案。第五章就TJGW公司績效管理方案實施的保障提出了建議。第六章通過研究得出本文的簡要結論并指出研究中的一些不足。
[Abstract]:In today's world, with the rapid development of economy and trade, in the fierce market environment, the most important problem facing enterprises is how to effectively enhance the core competitiveness. Performance management can integrate the strategy, resources, business and actions of the company organically. An effective performance management system can help employees to improve their job performance, in terms of position and salary adjustment, training design, career planning, rewards and penalties, and so on. In order to ensure the improvement of the core competence of the enterprise, it provides the reference basis for the enterprise human resource management decision, makes the enterprise staff work in the fair and fair, competition order good environment, thus enhances the work efficiency, therefore, in order to guarantee the enterprise core competitive power enhancement, An effective performance management system must be established. Since 2000, TJGW has been developing continuously. There are many problems in the performance management of the company, such as the unscientific design of indicators and the lack of effective communication. This paper hopes to investigate and analyze the current situation of performance management in TJGW Company, and design the performance management system of TJGW Company by using key performance indicators and balanced Scorecard. In order to improve the performance of employees, to achieve further development of the enterprise. This paper gives a brief introduction to the theory of performance management, points out the problems and shortcomings in the performance management of TJGW Company, and analyzes it. This paper puts forward the concrete opinions on the design scheme and implementation steps of TJGW performance management system. The thesis is divided into six parts. The first chapter briefly introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research. The second chapter introduces the related theories and methods of performance management. It lays a theoretical foundation for the research and design of TJGW company performance management system. Chapter 3 focuses on the analysis of performance of TJGW company. Chapter 4th introduces the principles of constructing TJGW Company's performance Management system. Chapter 5th gives some suggestions on the implementation of performance management scheme of TJGW Company. Chapter 6th draws a brief conclusion of this paper and points out some deficiencies in the study.
