南京地鐵開展城市配送的可行性研究

【摘要】:城市物流已成為電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ),但當(dāng)前道路擁擠和交通堵塞等使得物流末端配送延誤風(fēng)險增加、配送效率低下、配送成本提高,并進一步影響到物流服務(wù)水平。面臨機動化的壓力和不斷增長的貨運需求壓力,現(xiàn)有的道路基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施難以應(yīng)對,公路為主的配送方式也無力解決受其影響的城市物流配送問題。"最后一公里"配送存在的這些問題將成為制約電商進一步發(fā)展的瓶頸。在此背景下,綠色物流的興起對城市物流的運作提出了更高的要求,也為解決城市配送問題提供了新的思路。順應(yīng)綠色物流的倡導(dǎo),城市配送鼓勵發(fā)展共同配送,鼓勵采用新型的交通工具以及嘗試不同的運輸模式等等。地鐵作為一種特殊的地下軌道,如果在客運業(yè)務(wù)以外承擔(dān)起配送業(yè)務(wù),既是一種綠色化的運輸方式,又將是公共交通系統(tǒng)用于貨運的實踐。本文在梳理地下物流系統(tǒng)和地鐵配送的相關(guān)文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,對南京地鐵開展城市配送的可行性進行研究,首先明確地鐵開展配送的功能定位,通過SWOT分析了地鐵配送的優(yōu)勢劣勢、外部機遇和風(fēng)險因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上,一方面,通過分析地鐵的運能配送和客流狀況,確認(rèn)地鐵部門具備開展配送的可用時段和運力。另一方面,通過用戶接受度問卷調(diào)研了解公眾對地鐵開展配送的基本態(tài)度,并分析了影響地鐵配送接受度的因素;在有一定市場接受度的前提下,本文分析了地鐵配送可服務(wù)的市場,并依據(jù)成本和用戶寄取件的便利程度將可服務(wù)的市場進一步分為低風(fēng)險市場、可爭取市場和高風(fēng)險市場。隨后論文從技術(shù)層面和流通要素角度對地鐵開展配送的可行性做了進一步探討,包括適合配送的貨物類型、地鐵配送的運載工具、配送的貨物流向、配送的區(qū)間范圍和配送的貨物量。最后,對接下來的論證規(guī)劃和試點工作提出了一點展望。
[Abstract]:Urban logistics has become an important basis for the development of e-commerce, but the current road congestion and traffic congestion increase the risk of delay in distribution at the end of logistics, the distribution efficiency is low, and the cost of distribution increases. And further affect the level of logistics services. Facing the pressure of motorization and increasing demand for freight transport, the existing road infrastructure is difficult to cope with. The distribution mode based on highway is unable to solve the problem of urban logistics distribution which is affected by it. These problems of "last kilometer" distribution will become the bottleneck restricting the further development of e-commerce. In this context, The rise of green logistics puts forward higher requirements for the operation of urban logistics, and also provides a new way of thinking to solve the problem of urban distribution. In line with the advocacy of green logistics, urban distribution encourages the development of joint distribution. Encourage the use of new modes of transport, try different modes of transport, etc. Subway, as a special underground track, is a green mode of transport if it takes on distribution outside of passenger transport, On the basis of combing the related documents of underground logistics system and subway distribution, this paper studies the feasibility of urban distribution of Nanjing Metro. First of all, the function orientation of subway distribution is defined, and the advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and risk factors of subway distribution are analyzed by SWOT. On the one hand, through the analysis of subway transportation capacity distribution and passenger flow, On the other hand, through the investigation of user acceptance questionnaire to understand the basic attitude of the public to the subway distribution, and analyze the factors that affect the acceptance of subway distribution; On the premise of certain market acceptance, this paper analyzes the service market of subway distribution, and further divides the service market into low risk market according to the cost and the convenience of customer delivery. The paper further discusses the feasibility of metro distribution from the perspective of technology and circulation elements, including the type of goods suitable for distribution, the means of delivery of subway distribution, and the flow of goods. The range of distribution and the quantity of goods delivered. Finally, some prospects for the following demonstration planning and pilot work are put forward.
