【摘要】：當(dāng)前在國(guó)際物流中普遍采用的是集裝箱運(yùn)輸模式，隨著集裝箱船舶的大型化，對(duì)集裝箱港口的要求也越來(lái)越高。近幾年，我國(guó)集裝箱運(yùn)輸業(yè)突飛猛進(jìn)，在世界前10大港口占了半壁江山，而隨著我國(guó)對(duì)內(nèi)河集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)脑絹?lái)越重視，長(zhǎng)江支線在飛速發(fā)展。NC集裝箱碼頭是長(zhǎng)江內(nèi)河集裝箱碼頭，隨著幾年的發(fā)展早已突波原設(shè)計(jì)吞吐能力，為了適應(yīng)集裝箱業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的需要，提高碼頭整體作業(yè)效率顯得日益迫切。 本文首先對(duì)集裝箱碼頭以及碼頭堆場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹，然后對(duì)堆場(chǎng)空間資源和設(shè)備資源這兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了描述。其次，對(duì)NC集裝箱碼頭的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了闡述，接著從堆場(chǎng)空間資源和設(shè)備資源兩方面對(duì)NC集裝箱碼頭堆場(chǎng)資源管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析，并總結(jié)了影響NC集裝箱碼頭堆場(chǎng)資源有效利用的原因。再次，闡述了當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的集裝箱堆場(chǎng)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)集裝箱堆場(chǎng)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。最后，，針對(duì)NC集裝箱碼頭堆場(chǎng)資源管理的現(xiàn)狀，借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提出了如下一些改善NC集裝箱堆場(chǎng)資源利用的對(duì)策建議：改善堆場(chǎng)裝卸作業(yè)模式；完善堆場(chǎng)進(jìn)出口集裝箱堆存管理；加強(qiáng)碼頭堆場(chǎng)運(yùn)作管理；加快港外空箱堆場(chǎng)建設(shè)；加強(qiáng)碼頭工作人員技術(shù)和業(yè)務(wù)培養(yǎng)；提升堆場(chǎng)信息化管理系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:At present, container transportation mode is widely used in international logistics. With the development of container ships, the requirements for container ports are becoming higher and higher. In recent years, China's container transportation industry has made rapid progress. The top 10 ports in the world account for half of the world, but with the increasing importance of inland container transportation in China, the Yangtze River spur line in the rapid development of .NC container terminal is the Yangtze River inland container terminal. In order to meet the needs of container business development, it is increasingly urgent to improve the overall operation efficiency of wharf with the development of several years. This paper first introduces the container terminal and the terminal yard, then describes the space resources and equipment resources of the yard. Secondly, the status quo of NC container terminal is described. Then the paper analyzes the current situation of resource management in NC container terminal from two aspects of space resources and equipment resources, and summarizes the reasons that affect the effective utilization of the resources of NC container terminal. This paper expounds the current advanced management experience of container yard at home and abroad, and summarizes the problems existing in domestic container yard. Finally, in view of the present situation of resource management of NC container terminal yard, the advanced management experience at home and abroad is used for reference. The countermeasures and suggestions for improving the utilization of NC container yard resources are put forward as follows: improving the mode of loading and unloading of the yard, perfecting the management of container storage in the yard, strengthening the operation management of the terminal yard, speeding up the construction of the empty container yard outside the port; Strengthen technical and business training of wharf staff; upgrade yard information management system.
