公路物流功能及其對(duì)物流園區(qū)運(yùn)作的影響研究

【摘要】:公路物流是現(xiàn)代物流體系中的基礎(chǔ)性物流功能;物流園區(qū)是現(xiàn)代物流體系中的功能節(jié)點(diǎn)。兩者處于同一個(gè)現(xiàn)代物流體系,但分屬于不同的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,有一定的關(guān)聯(lián)度。公路物流可以成為物流園區(qū)內(nèi)的一個(gè)功能模塊,物流園區(qū)可以成為公路物流實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的載體。然而要把公路物流與物流園區(qū)運(yùn)作相關(guān)聯(lián)似乎有點(diǎn)困難,但卻是一個(gè)不錯(cuò)的研究課題。 國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者目前已有很多有關(guān)公路物流或者物流園區(qū)運(yùn)作的研究成果,不過(guò)將兩者結(jié)合起來(lái)研究的確很少見(jiàn),至少目前在國(guó)內(nèi)該領(lǐng)域較為空白。研究公路物流與物流園區(qū)運(yùn)作是具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的。當(dāng)前在中國(guó)公路運(yùn)輸基本成為物流園區(qū)的主要配置功能,其運(yùn)作的效果將直接影響到園區(qū)整體的運(yùn)作,再加上公路物流發(fā)展方式面臨從粗放型到綠色低碳型的轉(zhuǎn)變,對(duì)物流園區(qū)的持續(xù)良性運(yùn)作將會(huì)產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響,對(duì)今后物流園區(qū)在選址、建設(shè)、管理等方面也會(huì)產(chǎn)生重要影響。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)公路物流的現(xiàn)狀、需求、發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的闡述以及物流園區(qū)的現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題、開(kāi)發(fā)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式、運(yùn)作策略的展開(kāi),旨在研究公路物流與物流園區(qū)運(yùn)作之間的關(guān)聯(lián)度并盡可能地找到兩者之間的關(guān)聯(lián)節(jié)點(diǎn)。再通過(guò)關(guān)聯(lián)節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)一步深挖影響因素和因子,利用單因素模型理論將公路物流中的相關(guān)因子放入模型中導(dǎo)出分析結(jié)果,由數(shù)據(jù)分析來(lái)支撐實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,對(duì)各影響因子作出相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)判斷。最后以嘉興現(xiàn)代物流園公路物流基地為例,初步進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果論證,為深入研究公路物流發(fā)展對(duì)園區(qū)運(yùn)作影響的程度提供了實(shí)例依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Highway logistics is the basic logistics function in modern logistics system, and logistics park is the function node of modern logistics system. Both of them are in the same modern logistics system, but belong to different structure system. There is a certain degree of correlation. Highway logistics can become a functional module in logistics park, logistics park can become the carrier of road logistics transformation and upgrading. However, it seems difficult to link road logistics with logistics park operation. But it is a good research topic. Scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on road logistics or the operation of logistics parks, but the combination of the two is indeed rare. At least at present, this field is relatively blank in China. It is of practical significance to study highway logistics and the operation of logistics park. At present, road transportation has basically become the main configuration function of logistics park in China. The effect of its operation will directly affect the overall operation of the park, plus the road logistics development mode is facing the transition from extensive to green low-carbon, which will have a profound impact on the sustainable and benign operation of the logistics park. It will also have an important impact on the location, construction and management of logistics parks in the future. In this paper, the current situation, demand, development trend of highway logistics and the present situation, problems, development and operation mode of logistics park are expounded. The purpose of this paper is to study the correlation degree between highway logistics and logistics park operation and to find the associated nodes as far as possible. Using the theory of single factor model, the related factors in highway logistics are put into the model to derive the analysis results, and the experimental results are supported by data analysis. Finally, taking Jiaxing modern logistics park road logistics base as an example, the experimental results are preliminarily demonstrated, which provides an example basis for the further study of the impact of highway logistics development on the operation of the park.
