【摘要】：采用層次分析法和系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)法,對(duì)城市軌道交通PPP項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營(yíng)期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行識(shí)別,建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)系統(tǒng)流圖;在層次分析法和熵值法確定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素權(quán)重的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用Vensim PLE軟件評(píng)估項(xiàng)目的總體風(fēng)險(xiǎn)水平,得出城市軌道交通PPP項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營(yíng)期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)SD模型仿真結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:By using AHP and system dynamics method, the risk factors of urban rail transit PPP project are identified, and the risk system flow chart is established, and the weight of risk factors is determined by AHP and entropy method. Using Vensim PLE software to evaluate the overall risk level of the project, the simulation results of SD model of urban rail transit PPP project risk during operation period are obtained.
