【摘要】:在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化大背景下,集裝箱港口的競爭日益加劇,東亞港口群各大港口為爭奪國際樞紐港地位而戰(zhàn),長江三角洲港口群各港口為爭奪腹地資源而搏。上海港要想在新世紀(jì)成為真正意義上的國際航運中心,必須加強(qiáng)與東亞、長三角港口群內(nèi)其他港口的橫向合作,以及與貨主、船公司等企業(yè)的縱向合作。本文的研究對上海港積極打造自身核心競爭力,促進(jìn)東亞港口群、長三角港口群以及港口供應(yīng)鏈整體的和諧發(fā)展具有重要的社會意義和實踐價值! 本文以上海集裝箱港口為研究對象,在合作博弈理論和供應(yīng)鏈思想的指引下,分析了東亞、長三角港口群內(nèi)港口競爭合作狀況及上海港集裝箱供應(yīng)鏈情況,明確了港口供應(yīng)鏈的內(nèi)涵及創(chuàng)建過程;探索了港口在橫向、縱向合作聯(lián)盟中創(chuàng)造價值的不同度量指標(biāo),分別構(gòu)建了集裝箱港口橫向合作博弈模型和縱向合作博弈模型中的效用函數(shù)和目標(biāo)函數(shù)等,并運用合作博弈理論中利益分配經(jīng)典方法shapley值法對東亞港口群中同級港口、長三角港口群中代表性港口的橫向合作聯(lián)盟以及上海集裝箱港口供應(yīng)鏈中各企業(yè)縱向合作聯(lián)盟的利益分配進(jìn)行了計算,得出了相應(yīng)的結(jié)論。最后本文指出了港口橫向縱向合作中需要注意的問題,提供了一些有效的合作策略,尤其是提出了運用改進(jìn)后的核心法來建立港口合作聯(lián)盟中的協(xié)調(diào)金制度,完善了一般核心法的不足,也為以后的研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。本文力圖比較全面和真實的分析上海集裝箱港所面臨的合作博弈狀況,,為上海港在未來的激烈競爭中能夠更好地尋求合作提供有益建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of global economic integration, the competition of container ports is intensifying day by day. The major ports in East Asia are fighting for the status of international hub ports. To become a truly international shipping center in the new century, Shanghai Port must strengthen its horizontal cooperation with other ports in East Asia and the Yangtze River Delta Port Group, as well as with cargo owners. The research of this paper has important social significance and practical value for Shanghai Port to actively build its core competitiveness and promote the harmonious development of East Asian port group, Yangtze River Delta port group and port supply chain. Under the guidance of cooperative game theory and supply chain theory, this paper takes Shanghai container port as the research object, analyzes the situation of port competition and cooperation in East Asia and Yangtze River Delta port group and the container supply chain of Shanghai port. This paper clarifies the connotation and creation process of port supply chain, explores the different metrics of creating value in horizontal and vertical cooperation alliance. The utility function and objective function of horizontal cooperative game model and vertical cooperative game model of container port are constructed respectively, and the same class ports in East Asian port group are analyzed by shapley value method, which is the classical method of benefit distribution in cooperative game theory. The benefit distribution of the horizontal cooperation alliance of the representative ports in the Yangtze River Delta Port Group and the vertical cooperation alliance of the enterprises in the Shanghai Container Port supply chain are calculated. Finally, the paper points out the problems needing attention in port horizontal and vertical cooperation, and provides some effective cooperation strategies. In particular, it puts forward the application of the improved core law to establish the coordination fund system in the port cooperation alliance, which improves the deficiency of the general core law. This paper tries to make a comprehensive and true analysis of the cooperative game situation of Shanghai Container Port in order to provide useful suggestions for Shanghai Port to seek cooperation better in the fierce competition in the future.
