易程公司國際化戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:目前,隨著我國高鐵技術(shù)的崛起以及國際上對中國高鐵技術(shù)的認可程度日益提高并達到前所未有的高度,越來越多的中國高鐵企業(yè)在滿足國內(nèi)鐵路市場需求的同時,積極開拓國際市場以取得更大的成功。在這種狀況下研究國內(nèi)高鐵企業(yè)進軍國際市場的國際化戰(zhàn)略勢在必行,而易程公司則扮演了中國高鐵企業(yè)在高速鐵路客服系統(tǒng)的旅客服務(wù)系統(tǒng)、登乘系統(tǒng)以及自動售檢票系統(tǒng)(AFC)的整體解決方案提供商的角色進軍國際市場。研究易程公司的國際化戰(zhàn)略,一方面可以幫助中國的高鐵企業(yè)了解國內(nèi)外市場的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢,更重要的是可以幫助企業(yè)重新審視自己現(xiàn)在所處的發(fā)展階段以及在國際化戰(zhàn)略進程中可能面臨的問題,進而明確應(yīng)采用何種戰(zhàn)略才能成功地實施國際化戰(zhàn)略。 在本文中,首先介紹了易程公司國際化戰(zhàn)略存在的問題,然后引入介紹高速鐵路行業(yè)的定義和構(gòu)成,進而分析了國內(nèi)外高速鐵路的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢。接下來本文著重分析了易程公司的國際化戰(zhàn)略歷程及存在問題:分別介紹了易程公司國際市場戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展定位、國際化戰(zhàn)略的背景,明確了國際化戰(zhàn)略對企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要意義;緊接著圍繞國際化戰(zhàn)略的過程分析了易程公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、如何有效實施易程公司對海外機構(gòu)的控制與協(xié)調(diào)以及易程公司國際化戰(zhàn)略存在的問題。再下來,分析了易程公司國際化戰(zhàn)略的成功因素,并針對開篇時分析的國際化戰(zhàn)略面臨的問題提出了優(yōu)化解決方案。在本文的最后,基于以上對易程公司國際化戰(zhàn)略的分析,對中國高鐵企業(yè)全球化提出了一些建議,希望對越來越多的走向全球化的中國高鐵企業(yè)提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rise of China's high-speed rail technology and on the international China high-speed rail technology acceptance degree increasing and reached the height of hitherto unknown, more and more Chinese high-speed rail business in the domestic railway meet the market demand, and actively explore the international market to achieve greater success. It is imperative in this situation of domestic high iron enterprises to enter the international market internationalization strategy, and Yi Cheng's is played Chinese high-speed rail business in the high-speed railway passenger service system customer service system, boarding system and automatic fare collection system (AFC) the role of the whole solution provider to enter the international market. On the company's internationalization strategy, on the one hand can help Chinese high iron enterprises understand the current situation and development trend of domestic and foreign markets, the more important is that it can help enterprises to re-examine its own stage of development right now. And the problems that may face in the process of international strategy, and then make clear what strategy should be adopted to successfully implement the international strategy.
In this paper, first introduced the internationalization strategy of easyway company's problems, and then introduced the definition of high-speed railway industry and structure, and then analyzes the status quo and development trend of high speed railway at home and abroad. Then this paper focuses on the analysis of the process of internationalization strategy to the company and the existing problems are introduced: the international market positioning strategy the development of Yicheng company, internationalization strategy background, clarifies the important meaning of internationalization strategy for enterprise development; followed by the process around the internationalization strategy analysis of the organizational structure of Yi Cheng company, where the effective implementation of the company are easy to control the internationalization strategy of overseas institutions and coordination and to process the company. Then, analysis the success factors of internationalization strategy Yicheng company, and in the face of opening analysis internationalization strategy proposed optimization solution At the end of this paper, based on the above analysis of the internationalization strategy of Yicheng company, I put forward some suggestions for the globalization of China's high-speed rail enterprises, hoping to provide some references for more and more Chinese high-speed rail enterprises going global.
