【摘要】：地鐵是一個(gè)城市發(fā)展到一定階段的產(chǎn)物,它具有運(yùn)量大、方便準(zhǔn)時(shí)、節(jié)約能源等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。地鐵作為社會(huì)公益性產(chǎn)品,影響地鐵票價(jià)制定的因素多而雜。作者從運(yùn)輸成本、運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)需求、居民出行支付能力、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)因素以及政府管制5個(gè)方面考慮,先對(duì)其進(jìn)行了定性分析,以城市地鐵票價(jià)作為內(nèi)生變量,將運(yùn)輸成本、運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)需求、居民出行支付能力、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)因素和政府管制5個(gè)因素作為外生變量,構(gòu)建結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型。結(jié)合案例重點(diǎn)分析了各變量與觀察指標(biāo),內(nèi)生變量與其他外生變量之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性,得出了影響城市地鐵票價(jià)制定因素的強(qiáng)弱次序依次為:運(yùn)輸成本運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)需求政府管制居民出行支付能力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)因素。同時(shí)對(duì)5個(gè)基本因素的影響程度做了分析比較,對(duì)地鐵票價(jià)制定具有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Subway is the product of a certain stage of the development of a city. It has the advantages of large capacity, convenience and punctuality, saving energy and so on. As a social welfare product, subway has many and mixed factors affecting the pricing of subway fares. Considering five aspects of transportation market demand, residents' ability to pay for travel, competition factors and government regulation, this paper analyzes qualitatively the transport cost and transportation market demand, taking urban subway fare as an endogenous variable. This paper constructs a structural equation model based on the five factors of residents' ability to pay for travel, competition factors and government regulation as exogenous variables, and analyzes the relationship between each variable and observation index, endogenous variable and other exogenous variables, combined with a case study. It is concluded that the order of influencing factors of urban subway fare establishment is transportation cost, transportation market demand, competition factors of government controlling residents' ability to pay for travel, and the influence degree of five basic factors are analyzed and compared. It has certain reference function to the subway fare formulation.
