【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)，內(nèi)陸地區(qū)國(guó)際貨物交流量不斷增加。國(guó)外經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明，集裝箱貨物海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)是貨物運(yùn)輸開展的最首要方式，在港口、鐵路、海關(guān)、商檢和其他相關(guān)部門間建立有效的國(guó)際集裝箱貨物運(yùn)輸海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)管理系統(tǒng)是十分緊急的課題。 寧波—舟山港有其特別優(yōu)越的條件使其變?yōu)槿蜃罹吒?jìng)爭(zhēng)力的港口之一。然而，寧波—舟山港的現(xiàn)代多式聯(lián)運(yùn)物流業(yè)起步非常晚，跟不上港口的訊速發(fā)展需求，特別是海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)發(fā)展落后，所以完善建立寧波海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)模式已經(jīng)非常緊迫。 本研究介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外主要港口在發(fā)展海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)方面的現(xiàn)狀。分析了寧波海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題，同時(shí)探討了寧波海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)如何借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本研究從寧波海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)發(fā)展的實(shí)際出發(fā)，借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，結(jié)合供應(yīng)鏈管理理論，研究了寧波海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的構(gòu)建和具體建議。
[Abstract]:In twenty-first Century, the inland area international cargo flow is increasing. Foreign experience shows that the cargo container rail sea intermodal transportation is the most important way of transport of goods carried out in port, railway, customs, the establishment of an effective international container transport rail transport management system of inspection and other related departments is very urgent task.
Ningbo - Zhoushan port has its special advantages to make it as one of the world's most competitive port. However, Ningbo - Zhoushan port multimodal transport modern logistics industry started very late, to keep up with the fast development of the port demand, especially rail transport development is backward, so perfect the establishment of the Ningbo sea and railway transport model has been very urgent.
This paper introduces the major ports at home and abroad in the development of rail transport. To analyze the current situation of Ningbo sea rail transportation and the existing problems, and probes into how to Ningbo rail transport experience at home and abroad. This study from the actual development of Ningbo rail transport, railway transport from domestic and overseas experience, combined with the the theory of supply chain management, construction of the research and suggestions of Ningbo rail transport operation mode.
