【摘要】：游艇經(jīng)濟(jì)一直是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)市場(chǎng)的重要組成部分,近年來(lái)游艇經(jīng)濟(jì)的地位隨海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的發(fā)展而飛速上升,中國(guó)開始抓住機(jī)遇進(jìn)入游艇經(jīng)濟(jì)市場(chǎng)。 本文通過分析游艇經(jīng)濟(jì)的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外游艇經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及經(jīng)驗(yàn),采用調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)研究法、定性分析法和數(shù)學(xué)方法等研究方法,進(jìn)行了深入的具體的研究調(diào)查和預(yù)測(cè),再結(jié)合大連市的情況和特點(diǎn)提出了較為適合大連市發(fā)展游艇經(jīng)濟(jì)的對(duì)策。 本文首先對(duì)游艇經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀做了簡(jiǎn)要介紹,闡明了游艇經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要性,并在對(duì)比中指出了中國(guó)在該方面存在的不足和日后的發(fā)展方向；其次,本文詳細(xì)介紹了大連在發(fā)展游艇經(jīng)濟(jì)上得天獨(dú)厚的地理與人文優(yōu)勢(shì),并對(duì)大連市在游艇方面的供需關(guān)系和消費(fèi)前景做出了基于數(shù)據(jù)上的較為合理的預(yù)測(cè)；再次,結(jié)合客觀實(shí)際,本文對(duì)如何在大連市修建適應(yīng)游艇經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的游艇碼頭提出了較為獨(dú)到的見解；與此同時(shí),考慮到發(fā)展游艇經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)其它周邊產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響,本文對(duì)游艇產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的互動(dòng)關(guān)系進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的分析,指出了游艇產(chǎn)業(yè)的巨大潛在市場(chǎng)；最后,結(jié)合以上各項(xiàng),本文提出了較為合理并且可行的大連市發(fā)展游艇經(jīng)濟(jì)的對(duì)策,即從國(guó)家與政府的角度對(duì)游艇經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行鼓勵(lì)扶持,完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)和相關(guān)優(yōu)惠政策法規(guī)的制定,從游艇企業(yè)的角度加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新對(duì)游艇碼頭及游艇俱樂部建設(shè),從游艇經(jīng)濟(jì)本身的角度促進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)、制造、銷售、服務(wù)整條產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,并大力推廣普及有中國(guó)特色的游艇文化,科學(xué)地全方位地共同發(fā)展游艇經(jīng)濟(jì)。對(duì)大連市未來(lái)的游艇經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展具有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:Yacht economy has always been an important part of the world economic market. In recent years, the status of yacht economy has risen rapidly with the development of marine economic activities. China has begun to seize the opportunity to enter the yacht economic market. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of yacht economy and the current situation and experience of yacht economy at home and abroad, this paper adopts the methods of investigation, literature research, qualitative analysis and mathematics, etc. This paper makes a thorough investigation and prediction, and then puts forward some countermeasures suitable for Dalian to develop yacht economy in combination with the situation and characteristics of Dalian. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the present situation of yacht economy, clarifies the importance of yacht economy, and points out the deficiency in this aspect and the future development direction in China. This paper introduces in detail Dalian's unique geographical and humanistic advantages in developing yacht economy, and makes a more reasonable forecast based on data on the supply and demand relationship and consumption prospect of Dalian city in yacht industry. This paper puts forward some unique opinions on how to build the yacht wharf in Dalian to adapt to the development of yacht economy, and at the same time, considering the influence of the development of yacht economy on other peripheral industries, This paper makes a detailed analysis of the interactive relationship of yacht industry chain, points out the huge potential market of yacht industry, finally, combined with the above, this paper puts forward more reasonable and feasible countermeasures to develop yacht economy in Dalian. That is, from the point of view of the state and the government, we should encourage and support the yacht economy, perfect the infrastructure construction and the relevant preferential policies and regulations, strengthen the innovation of the yacht wharf and yacht club construction from the point of view of the yacht enterprise. From the point of view of yacht economy itself, it promotes the coordinated development of design, manufacture, sale and service of the whole industrial chain, and vigorously promotes and popularizes the yacht culture with Chinese characteristics. Scientific and all-round development of yacht economy is of certain reference significance to the future development of yacht economy in Dalian.
