【摘要】：全球多區(qū)域可計(jì)算一般均衡模型(computable general equilibrium,CGE)是最重要的全球氣候政策評(píng)估工具之一。該文給出了自主開(kāi)發(fā)的全球多區(qū)域可計(jì)算一般均衡模型(global applied general equilibrium model,GAGE)的理論框架,描述了區(qū)域內(nèi)框架的地區(qū)賬戶收入分配方案和生產(chǎn)模塊的嵌套結(jié)構(gòu)以及區(qū)域間框架的國(guó)際貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)和2個(gè)虛擬國(guó)際機(jī)構(gòu)的構(gòu)建,即建立國(guó)際運(yùn)輸部門(mén)和國(guó)際銀行用于描述國(guó)際貿(mào)易的運(yùn)輸服務(wù)供需以及投資的區(qū)域間流動(dòng)。在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GAGE模型的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了能源-環(huán)境-經(jīng)濟(jì)擴(kuò)展,以描述能源與資本之間以及各類能源之間的替代關(guān)系。碳減排情景研究結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了GAGE模型理論框架的合理性,展示了能源替代對(duì)于減排潛力的顯著影響。
[Abstract]:The global computable general equalization model (CGE) is one of the most important global climate policy assessment tools. This paper presents the theoretical framework of global applied general equilibrium model gage, which is a self-developed global multi-region computable general equilibrium model. Describing the nesting structure of income distribution schemes and production modules in regional accounts of the intraregional framework, as well as the international trade structure of the interregional framework and the construction of two virtual international institutions, That is, the establishment of the international transport sector and international banks to describe the supply and demand of transport services and the interregional flows of investment in international trade. The results of carbon abatement scenarios verify the rationality of the theoretical framework of GAGE model and demonstrate the significant impact of energy substitution on emission reduction potential.
