【摘要】:20世紀(jì)80年代開(kāi)始,中國(guó)公路監(jiān)理行業(yè)已經(jīng)經(jīng)歷了20多年的發(fā)展。伴隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)型,交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)一直處于快速發(fā)展上升期,各地基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)需求較為旺盛。隨著市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益激烈,在這個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵階段,公路監(jiān)理企業(yè)的人力資源管理就顯得尤為重要。其中,如何提升監(jiān)理企業(yè)員工的工作滿意度,進(jìn)一步保證企業(yè)規(guī)范健康的發(fā)展成為關(guān)鍵。 SD公司是一家以監(jiān)理咨詢業(yè)務(wù)為基礎(chǔ),以項(xiàng)目管理、項(xiàng)目代建為發(fā)展方向,可全方位開(kāi)展工程建設(shè)管理綜合業(yè)務(wù)的多功能、現(xiàn)代化技術(shù)咨詢服務(wù)企業(yè)。本文在文獻(xiàn)閱讀的基礎(chǔ)上,從員工工作滿意度的影響因素和構(gòu)成維度出發(fā),以SD公司員工為調(diào)查對(duì)象,分析員工在工作滿意度各維度上存在的差別,最后以分析結(jié)果為依據(jù),提出提升員工工作滿意度的意見(jiàn)和建議。 本文的主要內(nèi)容有三個(gè)部分:第一部分主要是對(duì)工作滿意度的概念、理論基礎(chǔ)、工作滿意度的前因變量和結(jié)果變量以及工作滿意度的緯度和測(cè)量等相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理、分析和評(píng)述,以文獻(xiàn)研究為基礎(chǔ)確定本文的研究方向。第二部分是通過(guò)員工工作滿意度調(diào)查問(wèn)卷測(cè)量SD公司員工的工作滿意度現(xiàn)狀,分析了不同人口特征的員工在員工工作滿意度各維度上的差異性。第三部分以文獻(xiàn)綜述和數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果為依據(jù),提出了提高員工工作滿意度的管理建議。 本文的主要結(jié)論有兩點(diǎn):第一,不同人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)變量的員工在員工工作滿意度及其各個(gè)維度存在差異。其中不同性別、年齡、工齡、不同教育程度、不同職位層次和不同職稱的員工在員工工作滿意度維度上(薪酬滿意度、上司滿意度、發(fā)展?jié)M意度)存在顯著差異。第二,通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果可以得知,員工在發(fā)展?jié)M意度、上司滿意度的得分較低,其次是薪酬滿意度。根據(jù)以上調(diào)查結(jié)果,重點(diǎn)探討了SD公司員工工作滿意度的提升對(duì)策和建議,確立了從提高員工的發(fā)展?jié)M意度、提高員工的上司滿意度、提高員工的薪酬滿意度、創(chuàng)造良好的企業(yè)氛圍四個(gè)方面入手提升員工的工作滿意度,確保達(dá)到好的激勵(lì)效果,推動(dòng)SD公司可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。 本文的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新之處在于較為全面地分析并解決了SD公司管理中的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,從提高員工發(fā)展?jié)M意度、提高員工上司滿意度、提高員工薪酬滿意度、創(chuàng)造良好的企業(yè)氛圍四個(gè)方面提出了提高員工工作滿意度的意見(jiàn)和建議。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, China's highway supervision industry has experienced more than 20 years of development. With the development and transformation of China's economy, transportation infrastructure construction has been in a period of rapid development and growth. With the increasingly fierce competition in the market, the human resource management of highway supervision enterprises is particularly important at this critical stage of economic development. How to improve the employee's job satisfaction and how to ensure the healthy development of the enterprise become the key. SD Company is a project management company based on supervision consulting business, project management, project construction as the development direction, can carry out comprehensive project construction management business multi-function, Based on the reading of the literature, this paper analyzes the differences in the dimensions of employee job satisfaction based on the influencing factors and dimensions of employee job satisfaction, taking the employees of SD Company as the survey object. Finally, based on the analysis results, the paper puts forward suggestions and suggestions to improve employee job satisfaction. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first part is about the concept of job satisfaction, the theoretical basis, the antecedents and outcome variables of job satisfaction, the latitude and measurement of job satisfaction, and so on. The second part is to measure the present situation of employee's job satisfaction through the questionnaire of employee's job satisfaction. The third part is based on literature review and data analysis results, and puts forward management suggestions to improve employee job satisfaction. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, there are differences in employee job satisfaction and its dimensions among different demographic variables, including gender, age, length of service, educational level, etc. There are significant differences in the dimensions of employee job satisfaction (salary satisfaction, boss satisfaction, development satisfaction) between different position levels and different titles. Secondly, through the results of data analysis, we can know that employees are developing satisfaction. According to the above survey results, the author mainly discusses the countermeasures and suggestions of improving the employee's job satisfaction in SD company, and establishes the improvement of employee's development satisfaction from the point of view of improving the employee's development satisfaction. To improve the employee's boss satisfaction, improve the employee's salary satisfaction, create a good enterprise atmosphere to improve the employee's job satisfaction, to ensure good incentive effect, promote the sustainable and healthy development of SD company. The main innovation of this paper is to comprehensively analyze and solve the actual problems in the management of SD company, from improving the employee development satisfaction, improving the employee boss satisfaction, improving the employee salary satisfaction. Four aspects of creating a good enterprise atmosphere are put forward to improve employee job satisfaction.
