我國海上煤炭運輸通道保障能力評價研究

【摘要】:煤炭作為我國工業(yè)發(fā)展及生活的主要能源,一直在我國能源消耗中占據(jù)重要地位。而我國煤炭資源“北多南少、西多東少”的分布格局,致使煤炭運輸,在我國能源運輸中占據(jù)重要地位。由于水電無法滿足生產(chǎn)生活需求,煤炭運輸?shù)谋U瞎┙o,對我國華東華南地區(qū)的生產(chǎn)生活產(chǎn)生舉足輕重的影響,并且在短期內(nèi)不會改變。然而,我國煤炭運輸通道中存在諸多問題,包括:鐵路運輸通道挾制整個運輸通道,是整個運輸系統(tǒng)的瓶頸;海上運輸通道中,運力過剩、船舶老化,港口綜合通過能力有待進一步提高;運輸通道系統(tǒng)的供應(yīng)均衡性較差,需求的季節(jié)波動性使保障供給能力呈現(xiàn)出“旺季不足淡季過!辈唤(jīng)濟的局面;煤炭運輸通道運輸格局轉(zhuǎn)變,尤其是進出口運輸通道的轉(zhuǎn)變,致使總體保障供給能力增強,國內(nèi)保障供給能力過剩的局面出現(xiàn)。因此對海上煤炭運輸保障能力的研究顯得十分必要。 為此,本文基于結(jié)構(gòu)方程理論,通過AMOS軟件來探索海運煤炭運輸通道保障能力這一問題。首先,明確了我國海運煤炭運輸通道的概念及研究范圍。其次,對我國沿海煤炭運輸通道現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,建立海上煤炭運輸通道保障能力評價模型的指標體系,并通過調(diào)研獲得所需數(shù)據(jù),用SPSS軟件進行信度分析、因子分析,確定數(shù)據(jù)的可靠性及研究的價值。再次,基于結(jié)構(gòu)方程理論,借助AMOS軟件,建立模型的路徑圖,通過軟件仿真對指標體系建立相關(guān)分析,從實證結(jié)果得出影響我國海運煤炭保障能力最直接最相關(guān)的因素,并依照各因素的重要性順序,給出煤炭運輸通道建設(shè)應(yīng)優(yōu)先考慮的重點,提出提高我國海上煤炭運輸通道保障能力的發(fā)展對策。
[Abstract]:Coal, as the main energy for industrial development and life in China, has always occupied an important position in energy consumption in China. However, the distribution pattern of coal resources in our country is "more north than south, less west than east", resulting in coal transportation. It plays an important role in the energy transportation of our country. Because hydropower can't meet the demand of production and living, the supply of coal transportation has a decisive influence on the production and life of the east and south China. However, there are many problems in China's coal transport channels, including: railway transportation channels hold the entire transport channel, which is the bottleneck of the whole transportation system; in the maritime transport channels, the transport capacity is excess, the ships are aging, The comprehensive passing capacity of the port needs to be further improved, the supply equilibrium of the transportation corridor system is poor, and the seasonal fluctuation of demand makes the guarantee supply capacity uneconomical, which is not enough in the peak season and surplus in the off-season. The transformation of the transport pattern of coal transport channels, especially the transformation of import and export transport channels, has led to an increase in the overall support supply capacity. The situation of oversupply of domestic guarantee supply appears, so it is very necessary to study the support capacity of coal transportation by sea. Therefore, based on the theory of structural equation, this paper explores the problem of the support capacity of marine coal transportation channels through AMOS software. Firstly, the concept and research scope of marine coal transportation channels in China are clarified. This paper analyzes the present situation of the coal transportation channel in coastal China, establishes the index system of the evaluation model of the support ability of the coal transport channel in the sea, obtains the needed data through investigation and research, and makes reliability analysis and factor analysis with SPSS software. Thirdly, based on the structural equation theory, with the help of AMOS software, the path diagram of the model is established, and the related analysis of the index system is established by software simulation. From the empirical results, the author draws the most direct and relevant factors that affect China's marine coal transportation ability, and according to the order of importance of each factor, gives the key points that should be given priority to the construction of coal transport passage. The development countermeasures of improving the support capacity of China's maritime coal transport channels are put forward.
