鐵路多經(jīng)物流業(yè)的范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)研究

【摘要】:伴隨著中國(guó)鐵路行業(yè)的改革發(fā)展,鐵路多元經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)作為特殊的企業(yè)群體,已逐步成為中國(guó)鐵路經(jīng)濟(jì)中的重要組成部分。無(wú)論是從企業(yè)的發(fā)展數(shù)量、規(guī)模,還是所涉及的業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域來(lái)看,鐵路多經(jīng)物流業(yè)都有了跨越式的發(fā)展。目前,充分利用鐵路行業(yè)的資源優(yōu)勢(shì),提高鐵路多經(jīng)物流業(yè)的內(nèi)部效率,已經(jīng)成為鐵道部近年來(lái)的一項(xiàng)重要改革目標(biāo)。 因此,論文給出了鐵路多經(jīng)物流業(yè)的產(chǎn)生原因,定量分析了鐵路多經(jīng)的投入產(chǎn)出規(guī)模、運(yùn)營(yíng)效率以及鐵路多經(jīng)物流業(yè)的總體范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)和特定產(chǎn)出范圍經(jīng)濟(jì),總結(jié)了鐵路多經(jīng)物流業(yè)的投入要素優(yōu)勢(shì)并都對(duì)其貢獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了測(cè)度。由于鐵路多經(jīng)物流業(yè)基本延續(xù)了鐵路運(yùn)輸主業(yè)的壟斷性,其經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的取得大多是將社會(huì)同類(lèi)企業(yè)排除在鐵路行業(yè)圈子之外的結(jié)果。于是本文利用LISREL軟件建立了結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,給出了行政壟斷對(duì)鐵路多經(jīng)物流業(yè)績(jī)效水平的影響程度。最后,給出了鐵路多經(jīng)物流業(yè)的提升政策。 綜上所述,研究鐵路多經(jīng)物流的范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)問(wèn)題具有重要的理論意義和較高的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值,論文內(nèi)容分為6章。 1.通過(guò)大量的中英文獻(xiàn)閱讀,對(duì)鐵路多經(jīng)物流的概念、范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)的概念、范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)的計(jì)量方法、范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)的實(shí)證方法、范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)的來(lái)源、范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)的應(yīng)用研究等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了回顧,并對(duì)現(xiàn)有研究的典型問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明,為本論文的研究指出了明確的目標(biāo)和方向,并提出了合理的研究技術(shù)路線和思路。 2.運(yùn)用“熵測(cè)度法”測(cè)算了不同鐵路局的多元化類(lèi)型,給出了鐵路多經(jīng)的多元化程度,比較了不同多元化類(lèi)型的鐵路多經(jīng)系統(tǒng)盈利能力的穩(wěn)定性,表明鐵路多經(jīng)所從事的具有同類(lèi)規(guī)模的行業(yè)數(shù)量越多,盈利能力越穩(wěn)定。最后,本文給出了鐵路多經(jīng)物流業(yè)范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)的理論內(nèi)涵。 3.運(yùn)用“數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)模型”給出了鐵路多經(jīng)的規(guī),F(xiàn)狀和運(yùn)營(yíng)效率。我國(guó)鐵路多經(jīng)總體上資源利用不充分,固定資產(chǎn)投資偏多,利潤(rùn)產(chǎn)出不足,生產(chǎn)效率較低。構(gòu)建了“二次成本函數(shù)”得到了鐵路多經(jīng)物流業(yè)的總體范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)程度,以及交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)、運(yùn)輸輔助業(yè)和倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)業(yè)三種特定產(chǎn)出的范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)程度。 4.歸納了鐵路行業(yè)的投入要素優(yōu)勢(shì),構(gòu)建了由“營(yíng)業(yè)收入”、“固定資產(chǎn)投資”和“在崗職員工資”所組成的一個(gè)非線性生產(chǎn)函數(shù),給出了鐵路投入要素對(duì)鐵路多經(jīng)物流業(yè)的貢獻(xiàn)。 5.從宏觀和微觀兩個(gè)層面,給出了全社會(huì)資源的配置效率和鐵路多經(jīng)行業(yè)內(nèi)部的資源配置效率,并建立了“結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型”,給出了行政壟斷對(duì)鐵路多經(jīng)物流業(yè)績(jī)效水平的影響程度。 6.給出了實(shí)現(xiàn)范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)的途徑。本文建立了“鐵路多經(jīng)物流區(qū)域業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)作平臺(tái)”在橫向多元化方面實(shí)現(xiàn)范圍經(jīng)濟(jì);在縱向多元化方面,給出了供應(yīng)鏈戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟等多種渠道。 最后,論文分析了研究所取得的成果,并提出了今后工作的進(jìn)一步設(shè)想,主要包括鐵路多經(jīng)物流行業(yè)搭配優(yōu)化問(wèn)題研究、鐵路多經(jīng)投入產(chǎn)出規(guī)模及運(yùn)營(yíng)效率的研究及行政壟斷對(duì)鐵路多經(jīng)物流業(yè)績(jī)效水平影響的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型研究三個(gè)大的研究方向和領(lǐng)域,為今后的科研工作指明了方向。
[Abstract]:Along with the reform and development of Chinese railway industry, as a special group of railway diversified enterprises, has gradually become an important part of Chinese railway economy. Whether it is the scale of development from the number of enterprises, or involved in the business field, railway diversified logistics industry development by leaps and bounds. At present. Make full use of the railway industry resources, improve the internal efficiency of railway diversified logistics industry, has become an important goal of reform in recent years, the Ministry of railways.
Therefore, this paper gives the causes of railway diversified logistics industry, quantitative analysis of railway investment by the scale of production, operation and efficiency of railway diversified logistics industry overall scope economy and product specific economies of scope, summed up the advantages of railway diversified logistics industry and all inputs are measured. The contribution due to the monopoly of railway diversified logistics industry is basically a continuation of the railway transportation industry, the economic benefits are mostly social similar enterprises excluded from the railway industry circle. So this paper uses the LISREL software to establish structural equation model, given the administrative monopoly of railway diversified logistics industry influence performance. Finally that gives the railway diversified logistics industry promotion policy.
To sum up, the study of the scope economy of railway multi channel logistics has important theoretical significance and high practical application value. The content of this paper is divided into 6 chapters.
1. in English offered through a lot of reading, the railway diversified logistics concept, the concept of economies of scope, method of measurement of the economies of scope, the empirical method of the economies of scope, source of economies of scope, the scope of the economic situation in the related field of application research are reviewed, and the typical problems of existing research are described. Pointed out a clear goal and direction for the research of this paper, and put forward the technical route and the rational thinking.
2. the use of "entropy method" to measure the diversification of different types of Railway Bureau, given the degree of diversification of railway diversified, comparison of different types of diversification railwaydiversified system stability profitability, that railway diversified engaged with similar scale industry profitability is more stable. Finally, this paper gives the theoretical connotation of Railway Diversified Logistics industry economies of scope.
3. using data envelopment analysis model gives the current scale and operational efficiency of railway diversified. China Railway Diversified overall resource utilization is not full, excessive investment in fixed assets, profit is insufficient, the production efficiency is relatively low. The construction of "two cost function" by railway diversified economy overall level of logistics industry, and transportation industry, the level of scope economy supporting services to transportation and warehousing industry three specific output.
4., summed up the advantages of input elements in railway industry, and constructed a nonlinear production function composed of "business income", "fixed assets investment" and "on the job staff salaries", and gave the contribution of railway input elements to railway multi channel logistics industry.
5., from the macro and micro two levels, we give the allocation efficiency of the whole society and the resource allocation efficiency of the railway diversified industries, and establish the "structural equation model", giving the influence of administrative monopoly on the performance level of the railway multi channel logistics industry.
6., a way to achieve economies of scope is given. In this paper, we set up a "railway multi regional logistics business collaboration platform" to achieve economies of scope in horizontal diversification. In vertical diversification, we gave supply chain strategic alliances and other channels.
Finally, this thesis analyzes the research achievements, and puts forward the suggestions for future work, including the railway diversified logistics industry collocation optimization, railway diversified research input-output scale and operational efficiency and administrative monopoly and the direction of research in the field of three structural equation model of railway diversified logistics performance the level of influence, pointed out the direction for the future research work.
