【摘要】：論文首先提出了研究的背景和意義,綜述了項目管理和項目人力資源管理在國內(nèi)的研究現(xiàn)狀,闡述了論文研究的主要內(nèi)容和框架結(jié)構(gòu),以及論文的研究方法及技術(shù)路線。文中介紹了項目人力資源管理的概念,就項目人力資源管理與人力資源管理的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系進(jìn)行了論述,按項目人力資源規(guī)劃、項目團隊組建、項目團隊建設(shè)與管理,分別闡述了項目人力資源管理的依據(jù)、工具技術(shù)和成果等基本理論知識。本文將上述理論知識和方法運用于沈陽地鐵通信系統(tǒng)工程項目人力資源管理的實踐中,并從沈陽地鐵通信系統(tǒng)工程項目的完成情況對項目人力資源管理進(jìn)行了效果分析和總結(jié),提出未來的改善建議。 論文闡述了項目人力資源管理理論和工具在地鐵通信系統(tǒng)工程項目中的運用,結(jié)合項目管理中人力資源管理的理論知識和沈陽地鐵通信系統(tǒng)工程項目中的人力資源管理實踐,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析研究,以期進(jìn)一步探索項目人力資源管理理論在沈陽地鐵通信系統(tǒng)工程中的運用和助推作用,并提出未來改善和研究的方向。論文分別就沈陽地鐵通信系統(tǒng)工程項目中的人力資源規(guī)劃、團隊組建、團隊建設(shè)與管理,逐步分層對沈陽地鐵通信系統(tǒng)工程項目的人力資源規(guī)劃、組建、實施和控制、項目人員解散安置等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述和分析研究,通過沈陽地鐵通信系統(tǒng)工程項目的實踐,摸索項目人力資源管理方面的經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn),為國內(nèi)地鐵通信系統(tǒng)工程項目更為有效地開展項目人力資源管理提供參考實例。
[Abstract]:This paper put forward the research background and significance, review of project management and project human resource management in the current situation of domestic research, elaborates the main content and frame structure, as well as the research methods and technical route. This paper introduces the concept of project human resource management, on the difference and relation of project human resource management and human resource management are discussed, according to the project of human resource planning, project team building, project team building and management, respectively expounds the project human resource management basis, tool technology and the results of the basic theoretical knowledge. In this paper, the theory and methods used in the practice of Shenyang Metro Communication system engineering project human resource management and, from the Shenyang subway communication system for the completion of the project carried out effect analysis and summary of the project human resource management, puts forward Suggestions for improvement.
This paper describes the use of project human resource management theories and tools in Metro communication system engineering project, combined with human resource management in the project management theory and the Shenyang Metro communication system engineering project human resource management practice, systematic analysis and research, in order to further explore the use and role of project human resource management theory in Shenyang subway communication system engineering, and puts forward the future direction of improvement and research. The paper focuses on the human resources planning, Shenyang Metro communication system engineering project team building, team building and management, step by step on the Shenyang subway communication system engineering project human resource planning, establishment, implementation and control, project personnel placement and dissolution detailed analysis and research, through the practice of Shenyang Metro communication system engineering project, project human resource management exploration The physical experience and lessons will provide a reference example for the effective development of the project human resource management for the domestic metro communication system project.
