【摘要】：民航屬于國家的基礎(chǔ)性和戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè),在國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中占有主導(dǎo)地位。進入二十一世紀后,在國家政策扶持下,國內(nèi)民航以高速向前發(fā)展,明顯拉動了國民經(jīng)濟,在此情況下國家先后出臺了民航發(fā)展方針和政策,全面推動國內(nèi)民航的發(fā)展情況,推測在2020年民航將呈現(xiàn)綠色高效的新形態(tài)為民眾服務(wù)。未來的中國民航運輸市場具有巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿?意味著擁有極大的商業(yè)機遇,同時也將面臨著諸多的挑戰(zhàn)和壓力。隨著國內(nèi)民航公司的崛起,我國民航事業(yè)的發(fā)展也進入了一個戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型期,航空公司只要抓住機會就能在行業(yè)中取得領(lǐng)先地位和經(jīng)濟效益。目前,國內(nèi)民航在鞏固和發(fā)展國內(nèi)樞紐機場干線運輸和二三線城市的支線航空運輸市場的基礎(chǔ)之上,隨著國家經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的方向也向國際航線的研發(fā)和開設(shè)努力,為民航經(jīng)濟的延伸和發(fā)展做推動作用。本文根據(jù)新航線開發(fā)和運營特點,,對地區(qū)航線市場及企業(yè)自身的情況全面分析。沈陽桃仙國際機場是東北地區(qū)較為典型的國內(nèi)干線樞紐機場,同時SA航空在沈陽地區(qū)經(jīng)營多年,有一套成熟完整的航線開發(fā)策略,本文選擇這個題目進行相關(guān)的研究,主要針對SA航空自身特點結(jié)合地區(qū)航空市場的情況和發(fā)展前景,設(shè)計開發(fā)SA航空在該地區(qū)的S-M國際航線,對SA航空公司的發(fā)展及航線部署具有一定的意義及推動作用。文章采用科學合理的研究方法針對SA航空現(xiàn)有資源和自身發(fā)展情況進行了SWOT分析,再對S-M航線的市場供給和需求進行研究,通過合理的航線市場分析和開發(fā)方案設(shè)置,結(jié)合民用航空運輸?shù)膶嶋H運行及保障情況研究出了適合SA航空開設(shè)S-M航線的開發(fā)策略,并制定出了相應(yīng)的保障措施,通過SA航空公司近年來開發(fā)國際航線所積累的一些經(jīng)驗,設(shè)計開發(fā)新航線,推出國際航線產(chǎn)品。此外,對國際航線開發(fā)需要采取的保障措施也進行了初步的研究。
[Abstract]:The basic and strategic industry of civil aviation to the state, plays a leading role in the development of national economy.
