【摘要】：民航屬于國(guó)家的基礎(chǔ)性和戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè),在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中占有主導(dǎo)地位。進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)后,在國(guó)家政策扶持下,國(guó)內(nèi)民航以高速向前發(fā)展,明顯拉動(dòng)了國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì),在此情況下國(guó)家先后出臺(tái)了民航發(fā)展方針和政策,全面推動(dòng)國(guó)內(nèi)民航的發(fā)展情況,推測(cè)在2020年民航將呈現(xiàn)綠色高效的新形態(tài)為民眾服務(wù)。未來的中國(guó)民航運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)具有巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿?意味著擁有極大的商業(yè)機(jī)遇,同時(shí)也將面臨著諸多的挑戰(zhàn)和壓力。隨著國(guó)內(nèi)民航公司的崛起,我國(guó)民航事業(yè)的發(fā)展也進(jìn)入了一個(gè)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型期,航空公司只要抓住機(jī)會(huì)就能在行業(yè)中取得領(lǐng)先地位和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)民航在鞏固和發(fā)展國(guó)內(nèi)樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)干線運(yùn)輸和二三線城市的支線航空運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)的基礎(chǔ)之上,隨著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的方向也向國(guó)際航線的研發(fā)和開設(shè)努力,為民航經(jīng)濟(jì)的延伸和發(fā)展做推動(dòng)作用。本文根據(jù)新航線開發(fā)和運(yùn)營(yíng)特點(diǎn),,對(duì)地區(qū)航線市場(chǎng)及企業(yè)自身的情況全面分析。沈陽桃仙國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)是東北地區(qū)較為典型的國(guó)內(nèi)干線樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng),同時(shí)SA航空在沈陽地區(qū)經(jīng)營(yíng)多年,有一套成熟完整的航線開發(fā)策略,本文選擇這個(gè)題目進(jìn)行相關(guān)的研究,主要針對(duì)SA航空自身特點(diǎn)結(jié)合地區(qū)航空市場(chǎng)的情況和發(fā)展前景,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)SA航空在該地區(qū)的S-M國(guó)際航線,對(duì)SA航空公司的發(fā)展及航線部署具有一定的意義及推動(dòng)作用。文章采用科學(xué)合理的研究方法針對(duì)SA航空現(xiàn)有資源和自身發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了SWOT分析,再對(duì)S-M航線的市場(chǎng)供給和需求進(jìn)行研究,通過合理的航線市場(chǎng)分析和開發(fā)方案設(shè)置,結(jié)合民用航空運(yùn)輸?shù)膶?shí)際運(yùn)行及保障情況研究出了適合SA航空開設(shè)S-M航線的開發(fā)策略,并制定出了相應(yīng)的保障措施,通過SA航空公司近年來開發(fā)國(guó)際航線所積累的一些經(jīng)驗(yàn),設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)新航線,推出國(guó)際航線產(chǎn)品。此外,對(duì)國(guó)際航線開發(fā)需要采取的保障措施也進(jìn)行了初步的研究。
[Abstract]:The basic and strategic industry of civil aviation to the state, plays a leading role in the development of national economy. After entering in twenty-first Century, in support of national policy, domestic aviation developed with high speed, significantly boosting the national economy, in which case the state has promulgated the civil aviation development strategy and policy, promote the overall development of China civil aviation. With the rise of domestic aviation companies, the development of China Civil Aviation Industry has entered a during the strategic transformation, as long as the airlines to seize the opportunity and economic benefits can be achieved a leading position in the industry. At present, the domestic aviation in the consolidation and development of domestic hub On the basis of the regional air transportation market and airport transport route two or three line city, with the development of the national economy in the direction of development to international routes and set up efforts, do to promote the role for the extension and development of civil economy. According to the new course development and operation characteristics, a comprehensive analysis of regional airline market and the enterprise's own situation Shenyang Taoxian International Airport is the northeast.
