【摘要】：績(jī)效管理是現(xiàn)代管理理論中的重要組成部分,隨著我國(guó)改革開(kāi)放進(jìn)程的不斷深入,這種管理思想、管理理論以及管理方法都逐漸出現(xiàn)在我國(guó)的企業(yè)管理實(shí)踐和相關(guān)的理論研究中,并且重要性越來(lái)越強(qiáng),成為推動(dòng)我國(guó)企業(yè)健康發(fā)展和持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要管理力量。另一方面,我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)國(guó)際化進(jìn)程的逐步深化,促使我國(guó)的國(guó)際貿(mào)易快速發(fā)展,并且使得集裝箱業(yè)務(wù)也不斷擴(kuò)展,為天津東海集裝箱碼頭有限公司這類(lèi)公司在新時(shí)期的發(fā)展提供了重要的歷史機(jī)遇。而績(jī)效管理的一些功能符合天津東海集裝箱碼頭有限公司增強(qiáng)當(dāng)前發(fā)展動(dòng)力的需要,因此,該公司在意識(shí)到績(jī)效管理的基礎(chǔ)上,已經(jīng)在公司的日常管理中開(kāi)始逐步引入、建立和實(shí)施績(jī)效管理。 本文針對(duì)該公司的這項(xiàng)管理發(fā)展內(nèi)容,首先介紹了相關(guān)的基本理論、觀點(diǎn)和方法,為分析該公司的績(jī)效管理體系提供了基礎(chǔ)。此后,本文結(jié)合該公司的發(fā)展需要和發(fā)展目標(biāo),討論了該公司實(shí)施績(jī)效管理的必要性,并且對(duì)該公司的績(jī)效管理體系進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)。本文認(rèn)為實(shí)行新的績(jī)效管理體系,可以在一定程度上推動(dòng)公司經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和管理效益的提升。不過(guò),在分析過(guò)程中,本文也發(fā)現(xiàn),由于筆者的能力有限,新設(shè)計(jì)的績(jī)效管理體系中還缺少對(duì)一些重要的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)的重視和運(yùn)用,影響了公司運(yùn)用績(jī)效管理可能達(dá)到的更好的管理效果。針對(duì)這些阻礙該公司績(jī)效管理進(jìn)一步提高績(jī)效的問(wèn)題,本文認(rèn)為公司應(yīng)當(dāng)提高過(guò)程管理理路,應(yīng)當(dāng)加大宣傳教育投入以及增強(qiáng)績(jī)效溝通的效率,從而更好地發(fā)揮績(jī)效管理的重要管理職能,為該公司的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展提供更為充分的支持和幫助。
[Abstract]:Performance management is an important part of modern management theory. Management theory and management methods have gradually appeared in the enterprise management practice and related theoretical research in our country, and the importance has become more and more strong, which has become an important management force to promote the healthy development and sustainable development of Chinese enterprises, on the other hand, The gradual deepening of the process of economic internationalization in our country has promoted the rapid development of international trade in our country, and has also made the container business continue to expand. It provides an important historical opportunity for the development of Tianjin Donghai Container Terminal Co., Ltd in the new era. Some of the functions of performance management meet the needs of Tianjin Donghai Container Terminal Co., Ltd. Based on the realization of performance management, the company has started to introduce, establish and implement performance management in the daily management of the company. In view of the management development of the company, this paper first introduces the relevant basic theories, viewpoints and methods, which provides the basis for the analysis of the company's performance management system. Then, this paper combines the development needs and goals of the company. This paper discusses the necessity of implementing performance management in the company, and designs its performance management system innovatively. However, in the process of analysis, this paper also found that, because of the author's limited ability, In the newly designed performance management system, there is still a lack of attention and application of some important key points. In view of these problems which hinder the performance management to further improve the performance of the company, this paper thinks that the company should improve the process management, We should increase the investment in publicity and education and enhance the efficiency of performance communication, so as to better play the important management function of performance management, and provide more full support and help for the healthy and sustainable development of the company.
