【摘要】：本文首先對(duì)國內(nèi)外重載鐵路的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析與總結(jié),并對(duì)我國重載鐵路各個(gè)階段的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)論述,其次對(duì)鐵路運(yùn)輸組織及重載鐵路運(yùn)輸組織的意義、特點(diǎn)、基本要求和原則進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的闡述,重點(diǎn)結(jié)合山西中南部重載鐵路通道的實(shí)際,對(duì)山西中南部重載鐵路通道的具體線路情況和運(yùn)輸組織特點(diǎn),從整條線路的能力分布與利用、相鄰線路的能力協(xié)調(diào)與配合、各種運(yùn)輸組織模式及不同速度列車前后運(yùn)行順序的情況,全面、系統(tǒng)地研究山西中南部重載鐵路通道的通過能力,尤其是車站咽喉的通過能力、車站接發(fā)列車的通過能力。并結(jié)合相鄰既有線路、相鄰客貨線進(jìn)行全面、系統(tǒng)的分析研究,針對(duì)貨流的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行方案的優(yōu)化比較,得出山西中南部重載鐵路通道的列車開行方案、天窗的設(shè)置方案、列車通過能力利用、運(yùn)行圖鋪畫等運(yùn)輸組織方案,進(jìn)而對(duì)山西中南部重載鐵路通道的線路、設(shè)備、運(yùn)營維護(hù)等幾方面與今后運(yùn)輸組織的適應(yīng)性進(jìn)行分析,從而達(dá)到工程、設(shè)備與今后運(yùn)輸組織、運(yùn)營管理的相互配合與協(xié)調(diào)。 最后本文從重載鐵路通道運(yùn)輸組織實(shí)現(xiàn)集、疏、運(yùn)系統(tǒng)一體化、優(yōu)化運(yùn)輸組織和作業(yè)流程、移動(dòng)設(shè)備實(shí)行“大運(yùn)用、大整備、大檢修”方式技術(shù)作業(yè)、固定設(shè)備采用“集中整備、集中檢修”的方式以及需要進(jìn)一步完善重載運(yùn)輸?shù)呐涮准夹g(shù)等幾個(gè)方面提出了建議。 本文的研究有助于提高晉中南地區(qū)煤炭外運(yùn)通道能力,保障晉中南地區(qū)煤炭外運(yùn),強(qiáng)化聯(lián)系晉中南、豫北地區(qū)及膠東半島鐵路通道,對(duì)強(qiáng)化地區(qū)間溝通,充分發(fā)揮和整合上述地區(qū)資源、產(chǎn)業(yè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢(shì),加強(qiáng)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)作,促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,共同建設(shè)和諧社會(huì)具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the research status of heavy haul railway at home and abroad is analyzed and summarized, and the development situation and development direction of heavy haul railway in China are discussed in detail. Secondly, the significance, characteristics, basic requirements and principles of the railway transport organization and the heavy haul railway transport organization are briefly expounded, with emphasis on the reality of the heavy haul railway passage in the central and southern part of Shanxi Province. In this paper, the distribution and utilization of the capacity of the whole line, the coordination and coordination of the capacity of the adjacent lines, are given to the specific lines and transport organization characteristics of the heavy-haul railway corridors in the central and southern part of Shanxi. Various transport organization modes and the running sequence of trains with different speeds are studied comprehensively and systematically in the passage capacity of heavy-haul railway channels in central and southern Shanxi Province, especially the passage capacity of the throat of the station. Combined with adjacent existing lines, adjacent passenger and cargo lines to carry out comprehensive, systematic analysis and study, according to the actual situation of cargo flow optimization comparison, The train running plan, skylight setting scheme, train passing capacity utilization, operation diagram drawing and other transportation organization schemes of heavy haul railway passage in central and southern Shanxi are obtained, and the lines and equipment of heavy haul railway passage in central and southern Shanxi are further studied. Some aspects of operation and maintenance are analyzed with the adaptability of the transportation organization in the future, so as to achieve the coordination and coordination of engineering, equipment and future transportation organization, operation and management. Finally, this paper realizes the integration of collection, dispersal and transportation system, optimizes the transportation organization and operation flow, and carries out the technical operation of "large application, large preparation, large overhaul" of mobile equipment from heavy haul railway corridor transportation organization to realize integration of transportation system, transportation system and operation flow. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to adopt the method of "centralized preparation, centralized maintenance" for fixed equipment and how to further improve the supporting technology of heavy haul transportation. The research in this paper is helpful to improve the capacity of the coal transportation channel in the central and southern Shanxi region, to guarantee the coal transportation in the central and southern Shanxi areas, to strengthen the links between the south of Shanxi and the north of Henan, and to strengthen the communication between the regions. It is of great significance to give full play to and integrate the regional resources, industries and economic advantages, to strengthen regional economic cooperation, to promote the coordinated development of regional economy, and to build a harmonious society together.
