新增路段對道路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能的影響研究

【摘要】:交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)擴(kuò)張是緩解交通壓力的有效手段,而在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上增加新的路段是交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)擴(kuò)張的主要方式,那么如何新增路段以及如何度量新增路段對交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能影響具有重要的研究意義。現(xiàn)有關(guān)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)新增路段的研究主要分析了路段增加后網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)(如出行距離)的變化,實(shí)際上,無論是出行者還是交通管理部門關(guān)心的不僅僅是新增路段后出行距離的變化,還關(guān)心整個(gè)路網(wǎng)上的單位時(shí)間內(nèi)通過的最大交通量(網(wǎng)絡(luò)最大流)以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的總出行時(shí)間等交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能指標(biāo)的變化,而現(xiàn)有研究并無涉及,針對以上不足,本研究從網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)最大流、網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)交通流相結(jié)合2個(gè)角度,提出路網(wǎng)新增路段對交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能影響的度量指標(biāo),并給出指標(biāo)定義與算法;然后設(shè)計(jì)路段增加的原則并給出相應(yīng)算法;最后以成都市局部網(wǎng)絡(luò)為例,驗(yàn)證不同原則下增加路段對交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能的影響,為交通管理部門制定路網(wǎng)路段的增加策略提供依據(jù)。論文的主要工作和創(chuàng)新性成果如下。從網(wǎng)絡(luò)最大流和網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)相結(jié)合的角度提出新增路段對交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能影響的度量指標(biāo)——網(wǎng)絡(luò)最大流關(guān)鍵新增邊(FCAE),即新增路段后整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)上點(diǎn)對間最大流之和與未新增路段整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)上點(diǎn)對間最大流之和的差值最大的邊;以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)總距離關(guān)鍵新增邊(DCAE),即新增路段后整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)上點(diǎn)對間網(wǎng)絡(luò)最短路徑長度之和與未新增路段整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)上點(diǎn)對間網(wǎng)絡(luò)最短路徑長度之和的差值最大的邊,并設(shè)計(jì)以上兩個(gè)指標(biāo)的算法。然后給出兩個(gè)增邊原則:FCAE增邊原則,即在當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)所有備選邊中選出網(wǎng)絡(luò)最大流關(guān)鍵新增邊(FCAE)并增加到網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,以及DCAE增邊原則,即在當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)所有備選邊中選出網(wǎng)絡(luò)總距離關(guān)鍵新增邊(DCAE)并增加到網(wǎng)絡(luò)中。最后以成都市成華區(qū)局部交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)為例,討論以FCAE增邊原則逐步增加路段后隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)最大流增加導(dǎo)致的網(wǎng)絡(luò)總距離的變化,以及以DCAE增邊原則逐步增加路段后隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)總距離減小導(dǎo)致的網(wǎng)絡(luò)最大流的變化。結(jié)果表明:在網(wǎng)絡(luò)備選邊中任取10條為1組共6組的情形下,以FCAE增邊原則逐步增加路段后隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)最大流增加導(dǎo)致的網(wǎng)絡(luò)總距離逐漸減;以DCAE增邊原則逐步增加路段后隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)總距離減小導(dǎo)致的網(wǎng)絡(luò)最大流逐漸增大。從交通均衡分配和網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)相結(jié)合的角度提出新增路段對交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能影響的度量指標(biāo)——網(wǎng)絡(luò)最優(yōu)通行時(shí)間關(guān)鍵新增邊(TCAE),即新增路段后整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)上總出行時(shí)間與未新增路段整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)上總出行時(shí)間的差值最大的邊,并設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)算法。然后給出TCAE增邊原則,即在當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)所有備選邊中選出網(wǎng)絡(luò)最優(yōu)通行時(shí)間關(guān)鍵新增邊(TCAE)并增加到網(wǎng)絡(luò)中。最后以成都市武侯區(qū)局部交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)為例,討論以TCAE增邊原則逐步增加路段后隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)最優(yōu)通行時(shí)間減小導(dǎo)致的網(wǎng)絡(luò)總距離的變化,以及以DCAE增邊原則逐步增加路段后隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)總距離減小導(dǎo)致的網(wǎng)絡(luò)最優(yōu)通行時(shí)間的變化。結(jié)果表明:在網(wǎng)絡(luò)備選邊中任取10條為1組共6組的情形下,以TCAE增邊原則逐步增加路段后隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)最優(yōu)通行時(shí)間減小導(dǎo)致的網(wǎng)絡(luò)總距離逐漸減;以DCAE增邊原則逐步增加路段后隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)總距離減小導(dǎo)致的網(wǎng)絡(luò)最優(yōu)通行時(shí)間逐步減小。
[Abstract]:Traffic network expansion is the effective means to ease the traffic pressure on the network, and increase the new road is the main way of traffic network expansion, has important significance that how to add a new section of the road and how to measure traffic network performance. The existing studies on the effects of new road network mainly analyzes the road network topology increases (such as travel distance) changes, in fact, whether it is concerned with the traffic management department or who is not only the change in distance to travel new roads after the maximum amount of traffic through the road network within the care units (the maximum flow) and changes on the network total travel time and traffic network performance index but, existing research does not involve, in view of the above shortcomings, this study from the maximum flow of network topology and network, network topology and network traffic flow. In 2 aspects, put forward new measures of road section of the traffic network performance, and the definition and algorithm index; then design road principle and the corresponding algorithm is given; finally to Chengdu local network as an example, increase road traffic impact on the network performance verification of different principles, provide the basis for increasing strategy area road network for traffic management departments. The main work and innovation are as follows. The influence of new sections on traffic network performance from the maximum network flow and network topology structure of the combination of the angle measurement indexes, maximum flow network (FCAE), the new side of new road after the point on the network between the maximum flow and no new sections of the whole network on the difference between the maximum and the maximum flow of the boundary; and the total distance network (DCAE), the new side of new road after all A point to point network network shortest path length and no new sections of the entire network to the maximum difference between network shortest path length and the boundary, and the design of the above two indexes. Then the algorithm gives two principles: FCAE add edge edge addition principle, namely all options in the current network the edge of selected key network maximum flow added edge (FCAE) is added to the network, and DCAE by side principle, namely in the current network of all alternative edge selected total distance network key added edge (DCAE) is added to the network. Finally, taking Chengdu city of Chenghua District local traffic network as an example, to discuss the change of the total network the distance to the edge of FCAE increased gradually increase with the principle of road network maximum flow increasing, as well as DCAE increased gradually increase after the road side principle with the change of the maximum flow of network network due to the reduction of the total distance. Then, TCAE side principle, namely in the current network side selects all alternative optimal network traffic time key added edge (TCAE) is added to the network. Finally, taking Chengdu city of Wuhou District local traffic network Network as an example, to discuss the principle of TCAE increased gradually increase after the road side with optimal network access time reduces the change caused by the network distance, as well as DCAE increased gradually increase after the principle of edge sections with the change of network optimal total distance network due to the reduction in the passage of time.
