【摘要】：本文首次應(yīng)用非合作博弈方法研究了歐盟航空碳稅的應(yīng)對(duì)策略.將其他國(guó)家應(yīng)對(duì)歐盟航空碳稅的策略分為四種:不抵制、拒絕交納、反制征稅和可置信威脅,通過(guò)建立Stackelberg模型研究了航空碳稅博弈中雙方國(guó)家和航空公司的最優(yōu)選擇,并對(duì)這四種應(yīng)對(duì)策略進(jìn)行了比較.分析結(jié)果表明,"拒絕交納"航空碳稅比"反制征稅"效果好,理論上驗(yàn)證了我國(guó)目前正在采取的應(yīng)對(duì)策略是當(dāng)前最優(yōu)的.本文的創(chuàng)新在于研究了航空碳稅這一新的重要國(guó)際問(wèn)題,首次將航空碳稅的應(yīng)對(duì)措施歸納為四種,并且建立Stackelberg博弈模型對(duì)這一問(wèn)題開(kāi)展定量分析.
[Abstract]:In this paper, the non-cooperative game method is used for the first time to study the coping strategies of the EU Air carbon tax. The strategies of other countries to deal with the EU Air carbon tax are divided into four types: non-resistance, refusal to pay, anti-taxation and credible threat. Through the establishment of Stackelberg model, this paper studies the optimal choice of the two countries and airlines in the aviation carbon tax game, and compares these four strategies. The results show that "refusing to pay" air carbon tax is more effective than "anti-tax". In this paper, the innovation of this paper is to study the new and important international problem of aviation carbon tax, and to sum up the countermeasures of aviation carbon tax into four kinds for the first time. And establish Stackelberg game model to carry out quantitative analysis of this problem.
