【摘要】：我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和對(duì)外貿(mào)易的迅速增長(zhǎng)帶來(lái)了海運(yùn)業(yè)的繁榮。隨之而來(lái)的,是港口建設(shè)的高潮。但是,在進(jìn)行港口基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的同時(shí),也不能忽視配套服務(wù)的完善。在我國(guó)很多港口,對(duì)拖輪船隊(duì)的規(guī)劃和融資僅依賴決策者的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文基于錦州港的歷年數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)港口如何規(guī)劃拖輪船隊(duì),使之與港口發(fā)展相協(xié)調(diào)進(jìn)行了探討。并且在如何選擇拖輪船隊(duì)的融資方式方面,創(chuàng)新地從優(yōu)化上市公司資本結(jié)構(gòu)的角度進(jìn)行了選擇。 本文首先基于港口吞吐量,對(duì)錦州港未來(lái)拖輪船隊(duì)的規(guī)模進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃。然后,在考慮資金的時(shí)間價(jià)值的基礎(chǔ)上,以總盈利最大為目標(biāo),估算了錦州港3700馬力型拖輪的經(jīng)濟(jì)適用年數(shù)。接下來(lái),文章以錦州港上市為背景,從優(yōu)化整個(gè)公司的營(yíng)運(yùn)效率角度建立了多目標(biāo)約束方程。以公司的資本構(gòu)成、股東收益、經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、資本保值增值能力、償債能力為約束,求出了錦州港最佳的資本結(jié)構(gòu)。并以此對(duì)錦州港未來(lái)購(gòu)置船舶的融資方式提出了建議。
[Abstract]:The rapid growth of China's economy and foreign trade has brought about the prosperity of the maritime transportation industry, which is followed by the climax of port construction. However, while carrying out the construction of port infrastructure, In many ports of our country, the planning and financing of tugboat fleet depend only on the experience of decision makers. Based on the data of Jinzhou port, this paper discusses how to plan the tugboat fleet. This paper discusses how to choose the financing mode of tugboat fleet, and innovatively chooses from the angle of optimizing the capital structure of listed company in terms of how to choose the financing mode of tugboat fleet. In this paper, based on the throughput of the port, the size of the future tugboat fleet of Jinzhou Port is first planned. Then, on the basis of considering the time value of the capital, the goal is to maximize the total profit. The economic applicable years of the 3700 horsepower tugboat in Jinzhou Port are estimated. Then, based on the listing of Jinzhou Port, a multi-objective constraint equation is established from the perspective of optimizing the operating efficiency of the whole company. The best capital structure of Jinzhou Port is obtained, which is restricted by the management risk, the ability to maintain and increase the value of capital and the ability to repay debt. The paper also puts forward some suggestions on the financing method for the future purchase of ships in Jinzhou Port.
