【摘要】:港口一直以來(lái)都是政府大力扶持的重點(diǎn)行業(yè),對(duì)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)和城市發(fā)展具有極大的推動(dòng)作用。本文以深圳C港務(wù)公司(后簡(jiǎn)稱C港務(wù)公司)為研究對(duì)象,在當(dāng)前國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)低迷和珠三角地區(qū)港口行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈加激烈的背景下,以解決如何走出企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)困境這一實(shí)際問(wèn)題為目的,采用了研究調(diào)查文獻(xiàn)、定性和定量的研究、理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的分析方法,研究C港務(wù)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括以下幾個(gè)方面: 第一部分是提出問(wèn)題、介紹研究背景;第二部分對(duì)港口和企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)研究的理論和方法進(jìn)行綜述;第三部分是分析企業(yè)的外部宏觀環(huán)境和行業(yè)環(huán)境:第四部分是對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析;第五部分是對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行的評(píng)價(jià)和戰(zhàn)略選擇;第六部分是確立企業(yè)總體戰(zhàn)略、制定職能戰(zhàn)略措施;第七部分是對(duì)研究進(jìn)行的總結(jié)。 本文的研究重點(diǎn)是:通過(guò)對(duì)C港務(wù)公司所面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境因素進(jìn)行梳理,使用EFE-IFE、SWOT和QSPM等模型工具進(jìn)行分析,將企業(yè)所面對(duì)的復(fù)雜環(huán)境簡(jiǎn)單化、數(shù)據(jù)化,最終幫助企業(yè)確定了“增長(zhǎng)型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略”;通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)及目標(biāo)體系,從組織管理、市場(chǎng)管理、人力資源管理、企業(yè)文化、技術(shù)管理和財(cái)務(wù)管理六個(gè)方面的職能匹配戰(zhàn)略做出了規(guī)劃,達(dá)到保證企業(yè)順利發(fā)展的目的。
[Abstract]:Port has always been a key industry supported by the government, which has a great role in promoting regional economy and urban development. This paper takes Shenzhen C Port Company (later referred to as C Port Company) as the research object. In the current international economic downturn and the increasingly fierce competition of the port industry in the Pearl River Delta region, in order to solve the practical problem of how to get out of the plight of enterprise management, the research literature has been adopted. Qualitative and quantitative research, analytical method combining theory with practice, research on the development strategy of C Port Company. The main research contents include the following aspects: The first part is to raise questions and introduce the research background. The second part summarizes the theories and methods of port and enterprise development strategy. The third part is to analyze the external macro environment and the industry environment of the enterprise: part 4th is to analyze the internal environment of the enterprise; Part 5th is the evaluation and strategic choice of the internal and external environment of the enterprise; The 6th part is to establish the overall strategy of the enterprise and formulate the measures of the function strategy; Part 7th is a summary of the research. The research focus of this paper is: through combing the internal and external environmental factors faced by C Port Company, using EFE-IFE SWOT and QSPM model tools to analyze. The complex environment faced by the enterprise is simplified and digitalized, which ultimately helps the enterprise to determine the "growth development strategy"; Through the design of the enterprise development strategy goals and objectives system, from organizational management, market management, human resources management, corporate culture, technology management and financial management of six aspects of the functional matching strategy. To ensure the smooth development of enterprises.
