【摘要】：長春市自1800年設(shè)立治所以來，經(jīng)過200多年的發(fā)展變遷，交通業(yè)和旅游業(yè)發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。交通工具方面，長春市已由建國前的馬車、人力車為主轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)在公共汽車、輕軌為主，出租汽車為輔，地鐵即將投入使用的現(xiàn)代化模式；交通結(jié)構(gòu)方面，正逐步形成放射形、矩陣形和環(huán)形有機結(jié)合的公共交通體系；旅游業(yè)方面，長春有著四季分明的氣候、偽滿遺跡資源、產(chǎn)業(yè)資源、藝術(shù)資源、電影資源、森林資源等豐富的自然、人文旅游資源，是全國旅游優(yōu)秀城市之一。城市旅游公共交通與旅游業(yè)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展問題是本文的研究重點所在。 本研究第一部分梳理了長春市的旅游與交通發(fā)展脈絡(luò)，分析了長春市旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的資源條件和交通發(fā)展歷程，通過數(shù)據(jù)對比，總結(jié)出長春市旅游公共交通發(fā)展落后于旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的結(jié)論。第二部分，通過問卷調(diào)查和定向采訪等調(diào)查方式，對來長旅游者對長春市旅游公共交通的滿意度、評價、意見和建議等作出調(diào)查，，旨在全面、客觀了解來長旅游者對長春市旅游公共交通的滿意程度及心理需求。第三部分，結(jié)合長春市各大旅游公共交通線路，運用拓撲空間分析方法，發(fā)現(xiàn)長春市旅游公共交通中存在的主要問題：亟需對旅游公共交通系統(tǒng)進行空間整合和對線路進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計、新旅游景點的開發(fā)選址需要科學規(guī)劃。第四部分尋找切實發(fā)展和改進的方向和目標，為長春市旅游公共交通服務(wù)決策層提供可參考意見：充分利用現(xiàn)有公共交通，積極發(fā)展慢行交通；體現(xiàn)人文關(guān)懷，突出人本特色及旅游功能；改變觀念，創(chuàng)新體制，建立高效的運營管理機制；打造良好的旅游公共交通運行環(huán)境；充分發(fā)揮法律的保障作用，制定合理政策促進旅游公共交通的發(fā)展，以便更好地服務(wù)于旅游者和社會。
[Abstract]:Changchun city since 1800 to set up a cure so, after 200 years of development, the changes in turn the world upside down transportation and tourism. The traffic tools, Changchun has from before the founding of the carriage, the rickshaw into now the bus, rail, taxi by subway will be put into use in the modern mode of transportation; the structure is gradually formed, radiation, organic combination of shape and ring's public transport system matrix; tourism, Changchun has four seasons climate, the heritage resources, industry resources, art resources, film resources, forest resources, rich natural and cultural tourism resources, is one of the outstanding tourist city. The coordinated development of city tourism public transportation and tourism is the focus of this study.
The first part of this study reviews the development of tourism and transportation Changchun City, analyzes the resource conditions and traffic development Changchun city tourism industry, through the data comparison, summed up the development of tourism Changchun city public transportation lags behind the development of the tourism industry. The second part is the conclusion, through the questionnaire survey and interview survey orientation, evaluation the long tourist satisfaction of public transportation, tourism Changchun City, and suggestions for the investigation, aimed at a comprehensive, objective understanding to tourists on public transport travel satisfaction Changchun city and psychological needs. The third part, Changchun major tourism public traffic line combination, using the topological space analysis method, found the main problems of public transportation and tourism in the city Changchun: the urgent need for the public transportation system of tourism space integration and optimize the design of the line, the new tourist attractions The development of the site needs scientific planning. The fourth part is to find the direction and goal of practical development and improvement, to provide reference for decision-making of tourism public transport services, Changchun layer: make full use of existing public transport, the positive development of slow traffic; humanistic concern, the prominent characteristics and tourism function; change the concept of innovation system, the establishment of efficient the operation and management mechanism; build tourism public traffic environment good; give full play to the role of legal protection, formulate a reasonable policy to promote the development of tourism public transport, in order to better serve the tourists and society.
